contacted about 4/5 different vendors to get a quote and discuss our needs and

Approached a few insect net's company in singapore but only insect out's replies
was fast, helpful and also very friendly! Assisted me patiently for someone
whose a first-time home owner alot with my endless enquires haha. Uncle malek is

Super pleasant dealing with insectout - mindy, TC and uncle malek.
Entire process was smooth and fuss free.

A provisionary quote was given after floor plan/pictures of windows were
provided. TC advised which windows should be fitted, measurements were taken,
education on cleaning/opening&closing were done in less than 30mins.

Uncle Malek installed the mesh with plenty of professionalism and precision.
Educated us on how to open the mesh without damaging the frames and materials
and taught us how to clean and maintain the mesh.

The mesh was of good quality and could barely be seen after a distance of about
2m. Breeze can still be felt! And we even saw a tiny fruit fly being trapped
between the mesh and the window(proof that it works!)

After 2 attempts of DIY, I am glad I have decided to get the professional in
instead.
We wanted to do the invisible grilles but furboy’s head is too small and still
can go thru e smallest gap. I got in-touch with InsectOut
https://insectout.com.sg/ and have them to do the mesh installation instead. The
guy named TC who came to view and gave the quotation were great. He does not
hard sell and he even advised me to install in rooms that furboy frequently goes
to instead of doing all the windows. His color recommendation were great too
becoz e mesh actually look invisible!
Big thank you to TC & Mindy for the excellent communication from the start to
the end. Thank you to uncle Malek for the installation.

One of the best thing I have done for my new place. Keeping insects and birds
out yet still have good ventilation. What I like about Insect Out is they don’t
hard sell or recommend any unnecessary stuffs and trying to advice to save money
by installing required area. They are very knowledgeable as well. The whole
installation Of the screen mesh doesn’t look bad, as from far you hardly can see
the mesh. The 2 sirs that came to fix the screen mesh were very careful,
patience and detailed as I have very high windows. After service is good as
well, prompt and friendly in reply and managed to come back and help me shorten
the screen mesh as I have forgotten one of my room has yet to put the laminate
on the window Bay. Excellent service.

LET’S STOP MOSQUITO FROM COME INTO OUR HOMES!

** 8 April-2024. We’re entering the hottest season of the year once more, it’s
important to be aware of dengue fever. The viral infection is transmitted
through mosquito bites and can cause severe flu-like symptoms and is
super-painful! To prevent dengue, wear long-sleeved clothing, use insect
repellent, and remove standing water around your home. If you experience
symptoms, seek medical attention immediately! And remember to heed the
advisories from NEA’s Stop Dengue Now! campaign, including installing window
mesh (magnetic insect screens) on your windows!


NO MORE LIZARDS!

**19-March-2024. We get asked very often how to keep lizards out/away from
homes, and many websites offer suggestions. All in all, just remember that
lizards come into your home mainly in search of food. So if you remove their
possible food (ie. spiders, insects or even food scraps) – the chance of them
visiting your home is lower. Remember also that lizards dislike strong smells,
so one possible way to deter them is to use fragrant aromatherapy or essential
oil / sprays along the routes that they come in (ie. gaps under main door) and
of course, gaps along bathroom windows if you do not have magnetic insect
screens installed.


GO AWAY YOU COCKROACH!

** 19-April-2024. We often meet customers who has to deal with flying
cockroaches “invading” their homes, especially in the middle of the night. This
terrifies them and also keep the rest of the family awake. And this is
especially so for houses that faces the rubbish collection areas or are on lower
floors. If you’re someone like this – a long term and “permanent” solution is to
mesh up your windows. This will allow you to keep your windows open, so your
home remains ventilated, while keeping cockroaches out. You’ll be happy to know
that our magnetic insect screens is being used by many of our customers in this
way!

**13-April-2023. Remember to seal your rubbish chute and close your windows on
HDB fumigation day! HDB and our Town Council does a very good job by regularly
fumigating the rubbish chute chamber to get rid of all the pests, especially
cockroaches. And they’re very considerate to post notices on side of lifts and
also community notice boards. For those of us who dislike cockroaches, it is
critical to tape up your chute. And not just the sides – even the handle area
