I am a Registered Professional Counsellor (RPC-c),  Clinical Hypnotherapist, BET
Emotional Release Practitioner and NLP Practitioner.  In addition, I offer
Equine Assisted Therapy and Nature-Based Healing programs.

There are programs from the past running in your mind, not unlike those that
operate on your computer.

There may be unsupportive programs standing in the way of you living the life
you were born to live.

You are in the perfect place at the perfect time with the perfect person to
assist you on your journey to the abundance, freedom and joy you so deserve.

May you have the courage to break patterns that no longer serve you. Please give
yourself time each and every day to pause and reflect and know that taking care
of you, doesn’t mean “me first”, it means “me too”.






I OFFER…

Facilitation for group outpatient and residential treatment program groups —
specifically for those challenged with substance abuse.

Equine counselling for those struggling with trauma — both one-on-one and in
groups.

Family counselling including work with children and adults.

Equine Assisted Therapy including one-on-one, clinics and camps for adults and
children.

Coaching to help entrepreneurs achieve business goals, including increasing
productivity and lifestyle balance — and bottom lines.
