SAFETY PLAN

WELCOME BACK TO IN-PERSON EVENTS

The American Banker and parent company Arizent are thrilled to welcome our
communities back to in-person events. All decisions regarding these events are
made with careful consideration based on the most up-to-date information from
the health and safety authorities.




PROOF OF VACCINATION IS NOT REQUIRED

We are constantly monitoring guidance and mandates for in-person events made by
businesses and federal, state and local agencies. As a result, there will be no
vaccine mandate for PAYMENTS FORUM — individuals will not be required to show
proof of vaccination to attend in person. We believe it’s important to provide
access to the insights that can help municipal finance leaders bring our
communities back.

PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY IS ENCOURAGED

Masks will not be required, though attendees can choose to wear face coverings
based on personal preferences and personal levels of risk. We encourage
attendees to refer to CDC guidelines to ensure they are minimizing risk to
themselves, their peers and their families.




SAFETY IS A PRIORITY

All of Arizent's venue partners adhere to the highest standards of hygiene and
cleanliness, with a particular emphasis on high-touch surfaces like door
handles, restrooms, counters and tables.
