We called another plumbing & heating company originally, but they couldn’t come
out the same day. My father-in-law recommended Major heating since they were
local, and he had used them before. I had to pay the higher weekend rate, but it
was worth it. The service technician ‘Dan’ came out the same day and got the
furnace running. We did run into a minor problem a couple of days later, but Dan
came back out and charged us only for the part. I only post reviews when the
service is exceptionally good or exceptionally bad. Major earned their 5 stars
this time!
