be rewarded with more than just respect and rankings.

optima-play’s automated lobby hosting gets you straight into the fray, and
automated match reporting lets you focus on the game, while we do the admin. New
community features will empower you with status and glory to complement your
riches, so you get the best of both worlds.

If you’re confident in your skills, or want to develop them further, why not
monetize your ability and earn some money while you play? You don’t need to be
the best, just better than your opponent. If you’ve got the edge, then you get
the ends – winner takes all!

GAME

Q: I can’t accept the lobby invite inside Counter-Strike.

A: Try decline the first invite and a new one will be sent to you. If you still
can't accept the lobby invite; open up your console and type
“force_leave_game_button 1”. Now close the console and press ”Play
Counter-Strike” and then the newly appeared “leave game” button. Open up the
console again and type “force_leave_game_button 0”. When closing the console
press “Play Counter-Strike” and everything will be back to normal.
Tab out to optima-play and request a new lobby invitation and you will be able
to accept the bot invite.

Q: Why did I get banned from finding another game?

A: In order to avoid dodging - Failure to join the in game Counter-Strike lobby
or connect to the game will result in a shorter temporary ban from playing on
optima-play. First time offence 5 minutes, second time offence 15 minutes, third
time offence 30 minutes. Offence timer resets every 24 hours.

Q: How do I play a 5v5 single challenge?

A: Access the "Challenge" tab through the top bar. Here, you can either join an
existing lobby challenge or create your own. Choose public or private and invite
your friends and foes - GL HF.

Q: How does optima-play know who won the game in Counter-Strike?

A: Once the match is finished and scored inside the Counter-Strike client
optima-play will automatically fetch the match results through the Steam WebAPI.

Q: Why do I need to sync my Steam account to optima-play?

A: In order for our automatic lobby hosting to work we need to know who to
invite into the Counter-Strike lobby.

Q: What Counter-Strike servers are available?

A: We’ve currently enabled the EU West server and will add more server regions
as we go.

Q: Where can I see the tournament rules?

A: Read up on tournament rules by clicking the “RULES” tab on the tournament
overview page.

Q: When will I get my tournament winnings?

A: Cash prizes from the tournament will be deposited to your optima-play account
within 24 hours from when the tournament is finished. For other prizes (digital
and physical goods) you’ll get contacted by admins with information on how to
claim your prize.

Q: I’ve been waiting for my next game for a long time, can I check when my next
game is starting?
A: There's no way of telling exactly when your next game is starting, but check
the bracket for more information. You can access game statistics via
TrackCounterStrike by clicking “details” under each game in the bracket. All
games are also available to spectate in the Counter-Strike client by clicking
the Watch tab -> Tournaments -> Amateur -> optima-play League. When your game
starts you'll receive an alert on optima-play and get transferred to the pre
game lobby before receiving the ingame lobby invitation. If you're allowing push
notifications you'll receive one informing you that your next game is ready.

Q: How do I sign up for a 5v5 tournament?
_A:

With a team_

1.Add your team as friends on optima-play by clicking the "add friends" button
in the bottom right corner.

2.Create a team through your profile page, then invite the players you'd like to
play with.

3.Press sign up and chose the members of your team you'd like to play with in
that tournament.

With a Party:

1. Add your team as friends on optima-play by clicking the "add friends" button
in the bottom right corner.

2. Create a party on optima-play. Click on your friends profile picture and
chose "invite to party".

3. Press sign up.

4. Have all your party members accept.

PAYMENT

Q: How can I deposit money to my optima-play-wallet?
A: Via Visa, Mastercard, Paysafecard as well as direct bank transfer from most
banks in the EU / EFTA region. For the CIS region we offer deposits and
withdraws via: Yandex, Qiwi and Mobile Pay.

Q: How do I withdraw?
A: Access your wallet via the drop down menu in the top right corner and click
the withdraw button. Due to normal banking procedures you need at least on
approved deposit in order to withdraw funds; Withdrawals are then processed back
to that payment method. For users in the CIS region, please contact support for
withdraws using Yandex, Qiwi or Mobile Pay.

Q: How long does a withdrawal take?

A: Due to normal banking procedures withdrawals takes 2-6 working days.

Q: Can I withdraw the money to Steam?
A: No, not at the moment.

Q: Where can I find my CVV-code?

A: On the back of your Visa or MasterCard - the three digits next to your
signature.

Q: What does optima-play charge?
A: Creating an account on optima-play is free of charge. When playing a game on
optima-play you pay a 10% service fee. optima-play charge a transaction fee for
deposits and withdrawals to cover banking costs.

Q: What does restricted balance mean?
A: The “restricted balance” in your wallet means that your account contains an
amount of money for which a specific turnover requirement have not yet been met.
This is also why the “restricted balance” can’t be withdrawn. Upon entering a
game, the restricted balance will always be used to pay the service & entry fees

b Enabling selected e-sport games as Video on Demand,

c) Establishing of tournaments in e-sports, if appropriate with LAN-finals, and

d) Distribution of tickets (electronic and physical) to streams of e-sport games
and LAN-finals.

2.3 For the sake of good order, it is emphasized that optima-play’s challenge
and tournament services are categorized as games of skill and the cash or prize
winnings of User or group of Users are the result of skill, not chance.

REGISTRATION AND USER ACCOUNTS

3.1 By agreeing to these Terms, you explicitly warrant that you are thirteen
(13) years of age or older and reside in a country, and are governed by a
country’s laws, where all activities granted access to by the Service are
completely and unquestionably legal.

3.2 Upon registration you are required to provide us with at least, but not
limited to, the following information: i) a username, ii) a password, iii) your
e-mail address, iv) your full name, v) your permanent residential address, (vi)
your birth date, (vii) your phone number, (viii) your Game related information
(such as nicknames) and (ix) your payment information (such as credit card
number). The information you provide shall be current, true and complete. You
are responsible for keeping your information updated and complete.

3.3 optima-play will, upon your registration, ask for permission to connect your
User Account to your account at Steam (provided by Valve Corporation) in order
to enable Games in the Service. These Terms will not be applicable to your
Steam/Valve account or the information that you disclose to Steam/Valve. Please
refer to Steam’s and/or Valve’s terms of service and privacy policy for further
information in this regard.

3.4 You are only allowed to register for one (1) User Account. Only natural
persons are allowed to register for a User Account, which may be used by only
one (1) individual. We reserve the right to monitor any effort to establish
multiple accounts. In the event it is discovered that you have opened more than
one account, all accounts will be closed without notice.

3.5 We reserve the right to deny access to anyone, including, but not limited
to, those Users who use proxy servers and/or IP addresses residing in certain
geographical areas.

3.6 You agree that you will be entirely responsible for any and all access or
your use of the Service and that you are liable for all actions and activities
conducted under your User Account. You are responsible for and warrant to always
keep your username and password confidential. You acknowledge that your password
is unique to you.

3.7 We reserve the right to reclaim your user name and suspend or terminate your
User Account if activities occur which constitutes or may constitute a violation
of these Terms or of any applicable local or international laws, rules or
regulations.

3.8 We do not examine or take any responsibility with regards to the validity of

a) You shall not defame, abuse, harass, threaten or otherwise violate the legal
rights of others or of any third party, including optima-play,

b) You shall not in any manner publish, post or – in any other way express – any
topic, material or information that is inappropriate, defamatory, infringing,
obscene, pornographic, racist, terrorist, politically slanted, indecent or
unlawful,

c) You shall not contribute to destructive activities such as dissemination of
viruses, spam or any other activity that might harm the Service or its Users in
any way,

d) You shall not participate in any attempt to cheat another User through
collusion or other techniques, regardless of the outcome,

e) You shall not at any time use any, now or in the future existent, cheats,
scripts, automation software (bots), mods, hacks, or any other unauthorized own
or third-party software, to modify or automate the Service, Games played through
the Service or content of the Service, or in any other way seek to enhance your
chance of winning,

f) You shall not advertise or promote any product or service of any kind, on or
through the Service, and

g) You shall not use programming codes or commands (including, but not limited
to advanced fonts, Java, tables and/or HTML) in messages or any other
communication on the Service.

5.4 If we find you to be violating these Terms or any other provisions set up by
us or our affiliates, we reserve the right to take the necessary measures to
limit the damages of your violation including, but not limited to, suspend or
revoke your User Account, annul your scores, or confiscate funds on your
Monetary Account to reimburse members who you have wronged. We may cooperate
with legal authorities and third parties in the investigation of any suspected
or alleged crime or civil wrong. We reserve the right to take any or all of the
steps described above if: (i) you have breached any provision of these Terms;
(ii) you are participating in any attempt of defraud; (iii) you have failed to
honor legitimate charges or requests for payment, or you have ’charged back’ or
denied any of the bets made; (iv) you are participating in any attempt to cheat
another member.

SPAM

6.1 We prohibit any activity that can be considered what is commonly referred to
as “spam”, including, but not limited to, (i) e-mails sent to a recipient with
whom you do not have an existing business or personal relationship or is not
sent at the request of, or with the expressed consent of, the recipient, (ii)
messages posted on message boards that are unrelated to the topic of discussion,

6.2 Users who are reported and whose claims of “Spam” we validate will have
their respective User Accounts either immediately terminated or suspended.
Additionally, any winnings may be voided at our sole discretion.

MONETARY ACCOUNT

7.1 Each User holds a Monetary Account to which deposits or withdrawals may be
made. All payments into your Monetary Account, except for Restricted balance,
must be made from a payment source of which you are the named account holder. We
reserve the right to decide on acceptable methods of deposit as well as deciding
minimum amounts of deposits or withdrawals. Deposits and withdrawals may be
subject to transaction fees, which will be stated at the time of the deposit or

WINNINGS

through the Service depend on the skill levels of each User participating in
each Game or tournament as well as the number of Users participating in each

10.2 All winnings will be issued in cash by a deposit directly into the winner’s
Monetary Account after each Game is deemed to be finished by the provider of the
Game. All funds and winnings are denominated in USD (United States dollar)
unless otherwise stated. The results and winners of each Game or tournament in
the Service will be determined with actual game and server data as well as by
us. All such determinations are final. By registering and/or participating in
any tournament or Game, you agree to be bound by aforementioned determinations.

TAXES AND LEGAL RELATIONSHIP

11.1 Each individual User is responsible to pay applicable taxes on any winnings

13.1 By registering for a User Account, you grant us the right to display your
username, gameplay data and statistics and any other information regarding your
activity in the Service. By registering a User Account, you also agree to allow
us to print, publish, broadcast and use, worldwide, in any media and at any
time, your name, nickname, picture, voice, likeness, and/or biographical
information for promotional, marketing or other related purposes without
additional compensation.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

14.1 The Service and its original content, features, functionality, and design
elements are and will remain our and our licensors’ exclusive property. Our
intellectual property may not be used in connection with any product or service
without our prior written consent.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

15.1 We are not responsible for technical, hardware or software malfunctions,
lost or unavailable network connections or disconnections from your platform, or
any incorrect or inaccurate results that may be posted on your online Game.

15.2 We do not warrant that the Service will meet your requirements or

from errors. The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind,

legislation, and is thereby responsible for the processing of the personal data
you provide. Your personal data is solely processed with the purpose to provide
the Service, to comply with applicable law and to ensure that the User Account
is used in accordance with these Terms. However, your personal data may be
shared with third parties for the same purpose. By registering a User Account,
you give your explicit content of such processing of your personal data as is
described above.

17.4 You have the right to access your personal data gathered by us once
annually, free of charge. To use your right you may e-mail us
atcontact@cupcsforce.comor send a written letter to our registered address. You
are further entitled to demand that we cease to treat your personal data. Please
note that if we receive such demand, you will no longer be able to access the
Service.

LIMITED ACCESS

18.1 We reserve the right to immediately limit the use or access to the Service
and to block, restrict or delete any Content at any time, for any reason and
without liability, if such use, access or Content constitutes or may constitute
a violation of the Terms or of any applicable local or international laws, rules
or regulations.

18.2 We also reserve the right to limit, restrict or stop your access to the
Service or remove your User Account and delete your Content, without prior
notice or liability, if the Content or your continued use of the Service risks
harming our trademarks or reputation.

18.3 We exercise of the rights mentioned above shall not entitle you to any
remuneration.

DELETION OF ACCOUNT

19.1 If your User Account is shut down, by you or by optima-play due to your
breach of these Terms or otherwise, the remaining funds on you Monetary Account
will be subject to withdrawal.

19.2 If you shut down your User Account by own choice, you will be asked to
state a means of withdrawal through which the remainder of your funds will be
withdrawn. Your User Account will thereafter be deleted.

19.3 If your User Account is shut down by optima-play, the remainder of your
funds will be subject for investigation in accordance with these Terms, in order
to establish whether any of your funds shall be confiscated, before any
withdrawal can be made. After such investigation is finished, optima-play will
enquire you, through your registered e-mail address, to state a means of
withdrawal through which the remainder of your funds will be withdrawn. Your
User Account will thereafter be deleted.

19.4 Should your User Account be inactive for more than 1 years, optima-play
will contact you, through your registered e-mail address, to enquire whether you
wish to keep your User Account. optima-play will send three (3) such e-mails
during a one (1) month period. If you do not reply within one (1) month after
our last sent email, optima-play will shut down your User Account. The funds in
your Monetary Account will thereafter be kept for another year, during which
time you can contact optima-play to request a withdrawal. However, after such
time has expired (i.e. at earliest two years and one month after your last
activity on optima-play), the funds on your Monetary Account will be confiscated
by optima-play.

DURATION AND TERMINATION

20.1 These Terms are considered to be in effect from the day you accept it, i.e.
when you first access or use the Service, until either party terminates them.

20.2 We may reset all User Accounts due to testing of the Service prior to the
launch of a new version of the Service.

20.3 Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

SEVERABILITY

21.1 If any provision of these Terms between us and you is held to be invalid or
unenforceable, such provision shall be limited, modified or severed to the
minimum extent necessary to eliminate its invalidation or unenforceability so
that these Terms otherwise remain in full force, effect and enforceable.

GOVERNING LAW

22.1 These Terms shall be construed in accordance with and governed by the laws
of Sweden.

DISPUTES

23.1 Any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or in connection with
these Terms, or the breach, termination or invalidity thereof, shall be settled
under the exclusive jurisdiction of The District Court of Stockholm, Sweden.

pause for at least five minutes if your opponent pauses or disconnects.

match will automatically start.

If your opponent doesn’t show up, make sure you are in the correct slots when
the lobby closes. By doing so you will automatically receive a default win by
walkover and move on to the next round of the tournament.

Smurfing is not allowed on optima-play. You have to play on your main account
every match and every tournament, even if your secondary account is the same

1. Маньяк выбирает команду террористов (T), покупает электрошокер (Zeus x27).
Далее покупает осколочную гранату (вместо этого можно написать в консоль команду
mkill, потом купить электрошокер и облегчить себе задачу. Маньяк может 4 раза
выстрелить из «Зеуса». Осколочную гранату может использовать всего 2 раза и
неограниченное количество раз резать ножом. Цель Маньяка убить всех своих жертв,
т.е команду спецназа (CT).

2. Остальные игроки (жертвы) выбирают команду спецназа (CT), выбрасывают всё
оружие, потом покупают дымовые гранаты (smoke), ложные гранаты и световые
гранаты или вводят в консоль команду mrun. Команда имеет возможность
неограниченно использовать эти гранаты. Цель: не дать маньяку убить жертву,
остаться в живых должен хотя бы один игрок.

3. В игре 5 раундов. Каждый раунд длится 5 минут. Первые 30-60 секунд игры
маньяк стоит на месте появления с неподвижной камерой, но жертвы могут позволить
искать их раньше. После чего маньяк начинает искать и убивать жертв (команду
спецназа).

4. Побеждает сторона, у которой за 5 раундов накопилось наибольшее количество
побед.
