Explore Project Management Fundamentals
All workshops and instruction stress the three basic elements of project
management: schedule, resources and costs. Throughout each day, you'll apply the
concepts and functionality you learned in short workshops based on the lessons
that were covered. The course is divided into three sections: Creating a
Project; Scheduling the Project; Project Execution and Control. 

Use P6 Professional
The course uses P6 Professional, Primavera's Windows-based, thick-client
(desktop) application. This course is appropriate for those using P6
Professional either as a stand-alone application or as part of P6 EPPM.  This
course does not include training on the Primavera P6 (web) application.

Continuing Education Units
Professional Development and Continuing Education Units: Earns 24 PDUs and 2.4
CEUs.

 * PPM Global Services will host all Primavera P6 software and data used during
   class.  
 * Students will access the Primavera P6 software and data remotely.  
 * Students do not need to own or install Primavera P6 to participate in this
   class.

Course Materials
 * Each student will receive a copy of PPM Global Services' "Primavera P6
   Professional - Application Training (Fundamentals)" student guide in a .PDF
   format.
 * "Primavera P6 Professional - Application Training (Fundamentals)"  contains
   lessons and instructions for each topic discussed during class and will serve
   as the student guide throughout course instruction.  
 * Upon completion of class, the student will retain ownership of the "Primavera
   P6 Professional - Application Training (Fundamentals)" student guide.

International Phone Numbers Provided
 * International phone numbers provided for 18 countries.
 * Alternatively, students can join using voice over IP (VOIP)

Terms and Conditions
Buyer accepts the following terms and conditions:

1. Web Conferencing Tools
This class will be taught via GoToMeeting or GoToWebinar.  GoToWebinar has
established a list of Global Access Numbers which will be provided to student
for participation in this event.  Voice over IP (VOIP) also available.  PPM
Global Services, Inc. is not responsible for telephone toll or data charges that
may be incurred by student while connected to web or phone conferencing
services.

2. Training Manual
Training manual will be delivered electronically to student and made available
for download in a .PDF format.  Customer is responsible for time, cost and
printing of all hard-copy materials.

3. Remote Desktop Connection
It is not necessary to install Primavera P6 on student's computer.  Students
will connect their computers to the PPM Global Services training environment and
operate the Primavera software via Remote Desktop Connection.  Customer is
responsible for providing computer to student which is connected to the internet
and able to connect to the PPM Global Services hosted training environment via
remote desktop connection.  Customer bears responsibility for resolving network
security or firewall issues that may prevent student from connecting computer to
the internet or to the Primavera virtual training environment via remote desktop
connection.  Unresolved network or connectivity issues do not create an
exception to the cancellation or refund policy established by PPM Global
Services, Inc.

4. Cancellations/Refunds:  Requests for cancellations, refunds, transfers, and
substitutions, must be submitted via email to training@ppmglobalservices.com, or
to accounting@ppmglobalservices.com.  

Cancellation requests received by PPM Global Services, Inc. within 30 calendar
days from date of purchase AND not later than 30 calendar days prior to the
start date of the class for which the student was originally registered, will
receive a full refund, minus the cost of the Primavera Training Manual ($250). 
Cancellation requests received later than 30 days after date of purchase OR
after 30 days prior to the start date of the class for which the student was
originally registered are non-refundable.  

From time to time, the student may receive reminders from GoToWebinar that
contain the statement, “If you can't attend this webinar, you may cancel your
registration at any time.” This statement is automatically generated by
GoToWebinar and is unrelated to the cancellation policy established by PPM
Global Services, Inc.  Cancellations made via GoToWebinar are not valid within
the terms of this policy.

5. Transfers
If space is available, PPM Global Services, Inc. is happy to accommodate
requests to transfer students between classes of the same type.  In the event
that training materials, required for the originally schedule class become
obsolete, (i.e. a student transfers from a PMP Exam Prep class for PMBOK 5th
edition to PMBOK 6th Edition), then the student may purchase new training
materials from PPM Global Services, Inc. which are compatible with the new
class.  PPM Global Services, Inc. will not accept returns, or issue refunds for
training materials which have been electronically issued to, or shipped to the
student.

6. Substitutions
PPM Global Services, Inc. is happy to accommodate requests to substitute the
registration of one student for the registration of another student, in the same
class.  Training materials are personalized to each student and  licensed on a
named-student basis.  Therefore, training materials are non-transferable.  Upon
substitution, PPM Global Services, Inc. will issue a new set of training
materials to the new student.  A fee of $250 will be assessed to cover the cost
of issuing new training materials to the new student.

7.  Consent to Receive Electronic Communications:  
PPM Global Services, Inc. will communicate with customer and student
electronically, via email and/or text message.  Most email communications
initiated by PPM Global Services, Inc., related to this training will be sent
using the email address:  training@ppmglobalservices.com. To ensure receipt of
communications related to this training, customer is responsible for adding the
email domain of PPM Global Services, Inc. to its list of safe senders and for
inspecting spam folders to retrieve communications which may be sent by PPM
Global Services, Inc.
