Witness location
Morning all Is there a way to ensure that the signer and witness are in the same
location when signing an envelope? If my understanding of how DocuSign works
with location, the following is correct: DocuSign will include a signer's IP
address in the Certificate of Completion as part of the full audit trail of a
document. Also, sharing your location information is a browser-related setting
that is not mandatory. If a signer opts-in to share their location during
signing, location information allows DocuSign to display the 'Signed in
Location' on a map from within the envelope's details under the Manage tab. All
of these assist in some way but both work after the signing has been completed.
Is there anything I’m missing, any feature or add-in available to ensure both
are in the same location? Many thanks. Kenneth

Passport not recognized
I was trying to sign a document sent by notary but it systematically fails. It
seems that my Danish passport is not properly recognized. I have tried many
times by taking a picture with different angles, also tried to send a scanned
PDF… Now I tried so many times that I have reached the maximum number of
attempts. Yet, I succesfully signed another document just a couple of weeks ago.
So what is the issue here?

Docusign keeps taking user back to login page after attempting to login
A user attempted to login from the Docusign login page. The user entered his
email which takes the user to the next screen and then clicked on ‘Use Company
Login’. Afterward, it just takes the user back to the Docusign login page. Any
idea what is causing this?

short term lease agreement template: recipient added information requested,
don't I need to sign off on it to ensure it's correct?
I am BRAND NEW to this. I’ve only used DS for signing things. I have a couple of
short term rental properties that I would love to use DS/lease templates for. I
don’t understand a couple of things. Template is made (by me, not with DS
template) with spaces for modifications. I will need to change name, dates, etc.
every time I send a new lease out (frequently). How do I make these changes in
the template so that my lease agreement reflects the current lease/tenant
information? If I “tag” blank spaces to be filled out by recipients, don’t I
need to be able to view this information before I sign off on it? I would need
to be able to do that. I would prefer to fill this information out myself (name
of tenant and check-in/out dates of agreement. Can I do that within the app?

Securing HR documents
I have been asked that we create a process for HR to send out bulk Policy Guides
for the company where they can accept or decline the policy. The Toggle seems
each but is there a way to bulk send to all users as a BCC format? Second
question is who would have access to the answers? Would it be the sender only or
would admins aka IT have access also? John

Remove red text box outlines
When clients complete our Docusign, they see the text boxes outlined in red. We
want to remove this and have a text box with no outline for them, so they can

Users with different domains within SSO
Hi Community, we have the following scenario:SSO is used within company A and
the respective domain is of course claimed. In the future, 20% of users will get
a new domain, as they are partly outsourced to company B. This company B is also
using DocuSign so the domain is already claimed as well. So the 20% of users
with the new domain can’t be included in the SSO of company A and not use their
accounts with SSO. Is there any workaround how to grant/keep existing access of
the 20% of users to company A account? Given it is not option for these 20% to
just move to company Bs DocuSign account. Thank you!

I am trying to do a name change through Docusign. But it is supposed to have two
signatures one of my old name and one of my new. But it keeps putting my old
name in both spaces. I have tried everything to get the signature with my new

Sending a document without recipient downloading
Is it possible to send out a document with docusign without allowing the
recipient to download it? We would like to send out some confidential documents
via docusign in connection with our employment agreements but we wouldn't want
the recipient to be able to download those other documents. Is this possible?

Completed Email Notice Missing Attachments
Some of our users have reported that the completed email notifications are
missing attached documents, including the completed DocuSign template and other
supplemental attachments that were included with the template. Has anyone

Is there a way to restore a users deleted envelopes?
We had an employee recently leave the company. As an Admin, I attempted to share
their envelopes with other users, but there were none showing up in their
profile to share (even after going back 5 years). Could the user have deleted
all of their envelopes, and that is why they aren’t showing up? If so, is there
a way to restore the deleted envelopes so we can share them?

that they are used to send multiple documents in one envelope. So, my question

I have completion emails with the documents & summary attached turned on for
signers. However I’ve noticed if one of the signers has a DocuSign account they
do not receive the completion email. Is this normal? Is there a way to ensure
that ALL signers regardless of account status get the completion email with the
