Hello everyone , we have been out for a couple of weeks as I (the owner) of
modautodesign have been dealing with personal life/mental health issues that
unfortunately has affected the business and my ability to run it. I know there
are alot of customers that are wondering where there orders are at. We lost
access to our email/domain a couple of weeks ago and just got it back up and
running. If you have an ORDER AND ONLY ORDER please email us again to
orders@modautodesign.com, I am trying to get everyones order out in a timely
fashion as well as respond to everyone. Due to a handful of bad apples filing
chargebacks as well as fraud after receiving there lights I have been put in a
situation where I can not keep this going anymore, due to that I have come to
the decision to dissolve ModAutoDesign and will no longer be taking orders, NO
no one is being scammed I will get to every single order and fulfill it. What
was once a hobby turned business to keep me afloat has turned into a bad
financial decision due to all the refunds/chargebacks that have been given when
we clearly have a no refund policy on our FAQ section on this website. Due to
being nice and trying to support the community with cheap prices where in
reality I only take home 20-30% Profit which is now all gone due to handing out
refunds and unwarranted chargebacks as well as pricing for materials/parts has
gone up EXPONENTIALLY within the last year shrinking profit margins to zero and
honestly causing me to pay for parts out of my own pocket. Like previously
stated I AM NOT scamming anyone all your orders will be finished and fulfilled I
WILL NOT be refunding any more custom orders per the no refund policy that has
been on our FAQ section for the last 2 years. I am currently at order 1050 and
we currently have 48 PENDING orders ranging from 1050-1142 just an example of
how much we have been screwed for all the orders in between. I am currently able
to produce 1-2 orders a week hopefully more like 2 orders per week due to my
dayjob in order to keep this business running as it is not my fulltime business
or source of income and there are 48 pending orders so ALL orders should be
finished within the next 6 MONTHS. Please do not email EVERY DAY for an order
update as your order will be finished when it can be finished per the timeline.
NOW once again ONLY if you have an order please email orders@modautodesign.com ,
I do not know how much longer I will be able to afford to keep this website OPEN
but I will do my best to keep it open as long as I can. I am sorry to everyone
for the lack of response and availability I truly was trying to help out the
community and hook everyone up but my own foolish mistakes have come back at me.
I am actively attempting to get a large loan to attempt to refund certain orders
but as of now there are no PROMISES and I will be finishing all 48 orders IF
that changes and I am able to receive a loan I will reach out to provide a
refund. As of now I will be attempting to fulfill everyones orders and due to my
day job I have a super limited time to respond to emails. PLEASE UNDERSTAND I AM
NOT SCAMMING ANYONE OR GHOSTING ANYONE, I unfortunately just succumbed to my
health. Also if you have messaged the Instagram or Facebook pages I will not be
checking them at all due to there being hundreds of messages and I don’t have
time nor the mental capacity to even open them if I’m being honest. Anyway
please bare with me and I will get to all your orders as fast as I can and thank
you to everyone for there patience , thank you to all our customers who have
been here throughout the last couple years and I hope maybe one day I can come
back at a different time and provide something awesome to the car community but
for now that is not the plan. Starting next weekend I will get back on track to
TRY to get 1-3 orders out every weekend Atleast please bare with me. Close
