PROCESSING TIME

Our current processing time is 3-5 business days, please keep in mind this DOES
NOT include shipping time!

SHIPPING

USPS is experiencing major delays with shipping. In order to get packages in
transit, we try our hardest to get things out the next business day. If your
packages says "arriving late" we suggest to sign up for text/email alerts. You
will be notified when your package moves again in the system.

If package is marked as delivered and is not, this is another common issue with
the post office. In most cases the package does arrive in a few days. Super
frustrating, but before I can file a claim with Route, it is best to wait it out
a few days.

We are not responsible for orders placed with the incorrect mailing address.
Please make sure your address is correct before submitting order! **Please note
we are not responsible for the shipping costs to resend a package with correct
address.

REFUNDS

Due to the nature of the product, and COVID 19, we are not able to accept
returns.

CANCELING ORDERS

We try our hardest to get orders in transit within 1-3 business days. If you
need to cancel Please email Scaryhairlady@gmail and if it has not been mailed
out then I will Cancel the order.Share information about your brand with your

ABOUT ME

Hi, My name is Eloise. I have been doing art pretty much all my life but on a
playing scale. The last few years I have started being more serious about
developing my skills. About 3 years ago I was introducted to Alcohol Inks. Game
Changer. I fell in love with these paints. Little by little I learned new
techniques. In January 2020 I posted my first Video on Youtube. You can look up
ScaryHairLady and you'll find it. I love to show how I create or stumble into a
painting. I show the good and the bad of my art. I love making cards from my not
so good paintngs. Handmade handpainted cards say more than we know to the person
getting them. In early 2020 I started making mask and scrub caps for our front
line workers. Then I just kept making things. Now I make headbands, scrunchies,
wine bags and cloth menstrual pads. I enjoy what both of these very different
crafts bring to the table. I hope in someway something in my store will either
serve you or make your day brighter.
