Register or log in using your favourite social network account. If you already have an FCA account, use your existing credentials to log in. Map Update is the portal dedicated to map updates for all FCA Group vehicles. The portal provides information and updates for various navigation system models and guarantees the latest available version of the map. Find out how to use the Map Update and Map Care portal: DOWNLOAD USER MANUAL WATCH VIDEO TUTORIAL WHAT IS THE MOPAR® MAP CARE SERVICE? Mopar® Map Care is the subscription service for updating navigation maps. If Map Care is included for your vehicle, updates are included for 3 years from the start date of the warranty, with the possibility to renew for a fee. If Map Care is available to purchase for your vehicle, you can purchase it from your trusted dealer and updates are included for 3 years from the date of service activation, with the possibility to renew for a fee Access the Map Update portal, enter the VIN (Vehicle Identification Number) of your car and check whether the service is included or available to purchase. HOW DO I PURCHASE OR RENEW THE MOPAR® MAP CARE SERVICE? At the end of the three-year subscription, if the Mopar® Map Care service is included in the purchase price of your vehicle, or at any time if the service is available but not included with your vehicle, the Mopar® Map Care service can be renewed/purchased for 3 years by visiting an authorised dealer, where it will be possible to purchase 3 years of map updates. WHICH VEHICLES IS THE MOPAR® MAP CARE SERVICE COMPATIBLE WITH? - Fiat 500S - Fiat 500 - Abarth 595 - Fiat Tipo - Fiat Tipo Station Wagon - Fiat Tipo 5Doors - Fiat 500X (MY 2018) - Fiat 500L (MY 2018) - Fiat 500L Wagon (MY 2018) - Fiat 500L VAN - Fiat Tipo VAN - Fiat Doblò (MY 2018) equipped with one of the following radios: - Uconnect 7" Radio Nav - Uconnect 5" Radio Nav - Alfa Romeo Giulia - Alfa Romeo Stelvio equipped with one of the following radios: - Alfa Connect NAV 6.5" - Alfa Connect NAV 8.8" - Jeep Renegade starting with MY18 - Jeep Compass starting from MY18 - Jeep Cherokee MY19 - Jeep G. Enter the vehicle identification number (VIN) of your car to find out whether Mopar® Map Care is included. If the Mopar® Map Care service is not included for your vehicle but is available, you will be redirected to the online tool so that you can find an authorised dealer to purchase it from. If the Mopar® Map Care service is neither included nor available for your vehicle, where possible you will be directed to the map provider's website, where you can check the availability of maps and/or updates optimised for your navigation system. In this case, the prices are set by the map provider. More detailed information is available in the personal area of the website. WHICH MAP UPDATES ARE INCLUDED AND WHICH ARE CHARGED? With Mopar® Map Care, updates are included for three years from the start date of the vehicle warranty (for vehicles for which the service is included at the time the vehicle was purchased) or from the date of purchase/renewal of the service. For Jeep vehicles for which this service is not included, when you purchase Mopar® Map Care from an authorised dealer, it will also be necessary to update the Uconnect 8.4” radio software before you can access the Toolbox for the first time to download the updated maps. For models equipped with “Uconnect 5" Radio Nav” radio that are not compatible with the Mopar® Map Care service, map updates are free for 90 days from the first use of the navigation system. After 90 days, updates, where available, can be downloaded from the Toolbox and are managed directly by the map provider. In this case, the prices are set by the map provider. For updates on all other models not compatible with the Mopar® Map Care Service, where possible you will be directed to the map supplier's website. The costs are set by the map provider. HOW DO I UPDATE THE NAVIGATION SYSTEM MAPS? To update your navigation system maps, register on the website and log into your personal area. Enter the vehicle identification number (VIN) of your car to find out whether any new updates are available. If you have Active Map Care: If a map update is available for your car's navigation system, you can download the updated map: - directly from your personal page. To install the update, click on "Instructions” on the personal page of the website, next to the "Download map" button. Remember to download the licence file as well as the map file. - by clicking on the link "GO TO SITE" and following the instructions on the page to download the FCA toolbox software and proceed with the map update If you want, you can update your car’s navigation system at an authorised Dealership/Service Centre. In this case, the Dealer or Service Centre may charge you for the costs of installing the update on your navigation system. If your vehicle is not compatible with the Mopar® Map Care service, you will be sent to the map provider's website from where you can download updates optimised for your navigation system. Find out how to use the Map Update portal: DOWNLOAD USER MANUAL WATCH VIDEO TUTORIAL WHAT IS VIN AND WHERE IS IT? The VIN is the unique number that identifies your vehicle. You can find it on the car documents (e.g. registration certificate and warranty certificate). According to the model of your car, the VIN is printed on the windscreen or on the front door sill. THE MOPAR® MAP CARE SERVICE IS ACTIVE FOR MY VEHICLE. HOW WILL I KNOW IF NEW UPDATES ARE AVAILABLE? Log into your personal page on https://maps.mopar.eu/ or on the FCA Toolbox and you will find a notification if there are new updates available. WHAT CAN I DO IF THE MAP PROVIDED BY THE MOPAR® MAP CARE SERVICE DOES NOT INCLUDE THE GEOGRAPHIC AREA I WANT? The geographic area of the map provided by the Mopar® Map Care service depends on the country you selected during registration. Please contact the Customer Service if the map covers a geographic area which is not the one you want. WHAT COUNTRIES ARE INCLUDED IN THE MAP UPDATE PROVIDED BY THE MOPAR® MAP CARE SERVICE?
