ADVERTISING AND ANALYTICS

We allow others to provide analytics services and serve advertisements on our
behalf across the web and in mobile apps. These entities may use cookies, web
beacons, device identifiers, and other technologies to collect information about
your use of our Services and other websites and applications, including your IP
address, web browser, mobile network information, pages viewed, time spent on
pages, links clicked, and conversion information. This information may be used
by Lectric eBikes and others to, among other things, analyze and track data,
determine the popularity of certain content, deliver advertising and content
targeted towards your interests on our Services and other websites, and better
understand your online activity.

We also work with third parties to serve ads to you as part of customized
campaigns on third-party platforms (such as Facebook and Instagram). As part of

can be matched with a user account on these platforms to allow us to learn about
your interests and serve you advertising that is customized to your interests.
Note that the third-party platforms may offer you choices about whether you see

CHILDREN

Our Services are not designed for children under the age of sixteen (16). If you
have reason to believe that a child has provided personal data to us, please
contact us. If we are aware of any personal information that we have collected
about children, we will take steps to securely remove it from our systems.

as the Facebook “Like” or “Share” button, the Twitter “Tweet” button, the
Pinterest “pin,” the Instagram “post” or “story” or to TikTok) which let you
share actions you take on our Services with other media. Your use of such
features enables the sharing of information with your friends or the public,
depending on the settings you establish with the entity that provides the social

TRANSFER OF INFORMATION TO THE UNITED STATES AND OTHER COUNTRIES

Lectric eBikes, LLC is headquartered in the United States. We do not warrant or
represent that this Privacy Policy or the Services’ use of your personal
information complies with the laws of every jurisdiction. To provide you with
our Services, we and our service providers may transfer your personal
information to, or store or access it in, jurisdictions that may not provide
levels of data protection that are equivalent to those of your home
jurisdiction. We will take steps to ensure that your personal information
receives an adequate level of protection in the jurisdictions in which we
process it.


YOUR CHOICES

Account Information.

You may update and correct certain account information at any time by logging
into your account on Lectricebikes.com or emailing us at
privacy@Lectricebikes.com.

Location Information.

We collect your precise location information, however, you can stop the
collection of this information at any time by contacting customer service or
emailing privacy@Lectricebikes.com. If you stop our collection of this location
information, some features of our Services may no longer function properly.

Cookies.

usually adjust your browser settings to remove or reject browser cookies. Please
note that removing or rejecting cookies could affect the availability and
functionality of our Services.

Communications Preferences.

eBikes by following the instructions in those communications or by managing your

send you non-promotional emails, such as those about your account or our ongoing

YOUR RIGHTS UNDER STATE LAW

California.

 * Shine the Light law. Pursuant to California Civil Code Section 1798.83, we
   will not disclose your personal information with third parties for the
   purposes of third-party marketing to you without your prior consent.
 * Do Not Track Signals. We use Shopify to help provide our Website to you. Per
   Shopify’s privacy policy, Shopify does not respond to Do Not Track signals in
   any particular way due to no common understanding of how businesses are to
   interpret and respond to Do Not Track Signals. Therefore, the Website does
   not operate any differently when it receives a Do Not Track signal from your
   internet web browser.
 * WE DO NOT SELL YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION. If we ever decide to “sell”
   personal information, as that term is defined under the California Consumer

request on your behalf, we may require proof that you gave the agent permission
to submit the request.   

Responding to Your Request. Upon receiving your request, we will confirm receipt
