Kelly Wummer is a Senior Manager in Deloitte & Touche LLP’s audit & assurance
practice, based in South Florida. She serves clients in the Energy, Resources
and Industrials Practice with 10 years of experience in the Power, Utilities,
and Renewables industry. Kelly has also previously served in a national role
supporting the Power, Utilities and Renewables Industry Professional Practice
Directors. As part of her role, she worked with various initiatives within the
industry group, which included assessing the industry impact of new accounting
standards, performing research on industry matters, consulting on industry
technical accounting matters, and contributing to eminence activities. Kelly has
extensive experience providing audit services to power and utility clients and
serves both SEC registrants and private company clients. Her experience includes
accounting for regulated operations and technical industry matters, FERC
accounting and reporting, and implementation of new accounting standards.

Jason Gambone

Managing Director

Jason is a managing director in Deloitte & Touche LLP’s Assurance practice,
specializing in the Energy, Resources, & Industrials Industry. He has more than
20 years of experience in serving clients in the Power, Utilities, & Renewables
Industry. He has served publicly and privately held energy clients whose
operations have included electric generation and distribution, gas distribution,
gas transmission, gas storage, renewable energy generation, gas and electric
marketing, and gas exploration and production.




Jason has worked with his clients on a broad array of complex transactions. He
is knowledgeable on the unique aspects of regulation, including the dynamics of
the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) and various state regulations.
Jason leads Deloitte’s consultation resources with respect to the requirements
for accounting and reporting consistent with the FERC’s Uniform System of
Accounts (USoA). He is a frequent speaker at industry association events (Edison
Electric Institute (EEI) and American Gas Association (AGA)) on this subject
matter. Jason is also the lead contributing author of the Power, Utilities &
Renewables FERC Audit Findings publication. This publication is part of an
ongoing collaboration between Deloitte, EEI, and AGA to develop educational
materials on the USoA.




Jason holds a BA in accounting from Marietta College and is a member of the
American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Anne Dugan is a Senior Manager in Deloitte & Touche LLP’s audit & assurance
practice, based in New York. She has more than 13 years of experience conducting
integrated audits of clients in the Power, Utilities, and Renewables industry.
Anne has extensive experience providing audit services to power and utility
clients and serves both public and private company clients. She has a deep
understanding of regulatory accounting, including the accounting requirements of
the FERC Uniform System of Accounts and published accounting releases, and
complex accounting matters.
