Bar had an uninterested tender, with cartoons on TV.
Room had a bathroom door with a missing roller causing the wood shavings to
grind up in the floor.

DISAPPOINTED THIS TIME
We have stayed at this location many times since its opening. Until this
time, we were very pleased. However, this time our bathroom floor was not
clean. We also noticed other general housecleaning issues. We stay in
Columbus at least twice a month. I hate seeing the fact that this location
might be going down in quality.

- very clean and nice amenities and room
- the door to the bathroom is frosted glass and the lights are super bright
in there, not great if you have to use the bathroom and others are sleeping

AWESOME LOCATION WITH GREAT SHUTTLE SERVICES
The hotel is located directly across the street from Easton Towne Center
which is a beautiful dining and shopping venue. Whole Foods is also across
the street. The free hotel shuttle is an added bonus for getting around the
Easton area, including to/from my company's office building. Every staff
member I encountered was super friendly. The only drawback was the noisy
air conditioner unit. It never stopped making noise, even when I turned the
system off. If you're a light sleeper, bring earplugs.

EXCELLENT HOTEL
We stayed the night last weekend for a short family get away. We were very
pleasantly surprised at the quality of this hotel. The check in process was
very fast and the staff at the front desk were very friendly. Our room was
spacious and clean and smelled really nice. Beds were comfy too. The
location was great as well (close to Easton as well as the freeway). The
complimentary breakfast was great, with more choices than we were used to.
I loved the oatmeal bar and all the fun toppings! And the selection of late
night snacks was great and not overly pricey. We will definitely stay here
again!
