Reza Razeghinejad, MD, shares a case of a patient with aniridia who had
previously undergone keratolimbal graft surgery and now presented with high IOP.
Dr. Razeghinejad shares his technique for performing tube shunt implantation.
Due to the presence of the graft, placement of the tube shunt was more
challenging. Watch as he walks through the steps of the procedure and shares the
outcome from almost 1 year postoperative.
