FAX/EMAIL ENTRIES ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE METHODS FOR ENTRIES AND WILL NOT BE
PROCESSED.

Online Entries and Checks by Mail are not affected by this change. If mailing be
sure to have the entry with check enclosed arrive prior to the closing date of
the show. Please note all entries received via fax or email and/or paper entries
with credit card information will be shredded/deleted immediately upon delivery
without processing. With credit card security and identity theft concerns we are
implementing this change to protect your information from potential abuse. Entry
forms are occasionally viewed by others outside of the staff of the
Superintendent. We will always be happy to accept entries with payment by check
at any of our shows. Stop by and say hello.

ATTENTION EXHIBITORS

We have had multiple reports of first class mail taking as long as 10 days for
delivery, both outgoing and incoming. Please note: club/show identified entry
forms are available for printing for all shows serviced by Jack Onofrio Dog
Shows L.L.C. Please see Upcoming Shows, select the desired show, a downloadable
entry form is posted along with the premium list. Please fill out and mail as
early as possible as to avoid entries received too late due to postal delivery
time frames.
