Can I accept payments from international customers?


Yes, your customers can pay using international credit or debit cards issued by
Visa or Mastercard. Ziina for Business doesn’t support AmEx cards at the moment.

What are the charges to use Ziina Business?


We keep it simple, you are charged a fee of 2.6% + 1 AED for payment link
transactions and 2.9% + 1 AED for website transactions. This pricing applies for
both local and international cards.

Can I integrate Ziina as a payment option on my website?


Yes, you can integrate Ziina Business directly on your website. Click here to

How do I register for Ziina Business?


You can register directly through the app. You will be prompted to enter your
Emirates ID information followed by business specific documents such as:
- Trade License or Freelance License
- Articles of Association (if applicable)
- Share Register (if applicable)


Can I access Ziina on my computer?


No, Ziina is a mobile-first application so you can access all business products
and services through your mobile phone.


Do my customers need to download Ziina to pay me?


No, your customers do not need to download Ziina in order to pay you. They can
pay you through your payment link or QR code by using Apple Pay, Google Pay, or
by entering their credit or debit card details.


Can I transfer money to my bank from the app?


To cash out funds from Ziina to your bank account:
Tap “Your wallet balance” from the Ziina home screen
Press “Cash out”
Enter an amount or tap “Cash out all” and press “Continue”
Enter your IBAN number and “Beneficiary Name”
Review the information and press “Confirm & Cash Out”


How long does it take to process my cash out?


Cashing out can take up to 2 business days. However, you will likely receive
your cash out within a few hours, on the same day.
