Voucher expires September 29, 2023 at 11:59 p.m. EST; after such date, voucher
is void. Redeemable on one (1) purchase transaction of in-stock product(s) (no
rain checks) at www.vans.com OR Vans retail/outlet store in the U.S., not both.
May be used for www.vans.com purchase with in-store pickup.

Value of voucher determined based on VANS Family Rewards Program Points balance
as of July 11, 2023. Minimum of 500 Points, as of July 11, 2023, required to
receive voucher. Completed Program Profile required prior to redemption. To
redeem in-store, Program member must show Vans store associate reward tile at
checkout; for on-line redemption, Program member must be signed into their
account and use voucher code obtained via reward tile. VOUCHER WILL NOT BE
ACCEPTED WITHOUT REWARD TILE OR VOUCHER CODE. Remaining balance of purchase must
be paid using another form of payment.

Voucher good for ONE-TIME USE ONLY. If full value of voucher is not used, any
remaining value will be forfeited with no change given.

Voucher is valid only for VANS Family Rewards Program member who received reward
tile/voucher code directly from Vans. Any attempted transfer of voucher/reward
tile/voucher code will NOT be honored with voucher being void. Voucher also void
in event of unruly behavior at Vans store and/or any act of fraud (e.g.,
duplication or forgery of reward tile, voucher code or voucher); in all such
cases, Vans reserves the right to terminate one’s Program membership and to seek
legal sanctions.

Voucher may be combined or stacked with any gift cards, coupons, promotions,
discounts or offers, including employee discounts. Voucher not redeemable on
purchase of any charitable item, gift card and non-Vans branded product.
Additional exclusions may apply. Voucher not valid on prior purchases, exchanges
or returns and cannot be redeemed for cash or applied as payment or credit to
any account. Voucher has no cash value; voucher is not a gift card. Purchase
must be for personal purposes only and is subject to Vans’ standard terms and
conditions of sale. Value of voucher will be deducted prior to calculation of
sales tax/packaging/shipping (as applicable). Not responsible for technological
failure/error/malfunction errors.

Redemption of voucher constitutes your agreement to these terms and Vans’
decisions, which are final and binding. No variance from these terms allowed
except as legally required by law. Void where prohibited, taxed, or restricted.
Vans reserves the right to cancel orders arising from fraud, unauthorized use
and pricing, promotions, or other errors.
