LEADING CITIES IS A BOSTON-BASED GLOBAL NON-PROFIT FOUNDED BY DUBLIN, BOSTON,
BARCELONA, RIO DE JANEIRO, LYON, HAMBURG, LISBON, ZAPOPAN, VANCOUVER, AND HAIFA.
IT WAS BUILT ON THE PHILOSOPHY THAT CITIES, WHICH FOR THE FIRST TIME REPRESENT
