We help our clients to situate digital products in their overarching organisational strategy and we work alongside them to ensure that they get the most out of their budgets, helping them to prioritise features, and learn how to be effective product owners. UX RESEARCH & DESIGN We believe in intuitive design. We run research and testing to inform and improve user journeys. We create wireframes and clickable prototypes which can be tested before being transformed into digital tools. Our designs tend to be simple, prioritising ease of use over flashiness. MAKING DATA USEFUL Many of our projects have a complex data aspect to them. We work with clients to help them understand both the potential and limitations of their datasets, and to develop the best way of making their data accessible, whether to a specialist audience or the general public.
