VETERANS DAY ILLUMINATION



Join Historic Germanna as we honor all veterans by illuminating the Visitor
Center with luminaries on Monday November 11 between 6:00pm and 7:00pm. A
special commemorative program will take place at 6:00pm in the Memorial Garden.

This event is free and open to the public.

Wish to honor a veteran? For $20 each, you can purchase a luminary which will be
identified with their name and branch of service. Fill out the form below or
call 540-423-1700 to order your luminary by Friday November 8.

HISTORIC GERMANNA AWARDED NATIONAL PARK SERVICE GRANT FOR PRESERVATION OF
SALUBRIA

Historic Germanna has been selected as a recipient of funding from the
Semiquincentennial Grant Program. Our project, Historic Structures Report and
Updated National Register of Historic Places Nomination for Salubria, is being
supported in part by a Semiquincentennial grant from the Historic Preservation

Germanna sits on 170 pristine acres along the Rapidan River in Orange County.
Visitors are invited to enjoy the Siegen Forest Trail System that includes four
