A great turnout for this morning’s 10k and 5k time trial and the kids 1k time
trial. Congratulations to all our milestone recipients who received their awards
this morning. Janeen Senior, Andrew Small, Annette Henderson, Charles Dorron,
Imogen Bremner, Emma Smith, Deearn Moore, Gavin McLeod and Tenille Denton all on
10 runs. Paul Fogarty 100 runs, Lisa Pendergast, Matthew Robertson, Paul

and Bill Mudge on winning the Ross English Memorial Award for Most Improved
Athletes, James Panetta for Male Athlete of the Year, Jo Ridley for Club Person
of the Year, Margaret Aurisch for Master Athlete of the year and Joasia
Zakrzewski on winning the Mick Miles Award for highest AG points. 2 of our
members who couldn’t attend the evening, Julie Brock won Female Athlete of the
Year and Scott Antony won the Murray Antony Inspirational Award. A big thank you

Margaret and Krystie had the privilege of representing Terrigal Trotters at the
Central Coast Australia Day Awards. Terrigal Trotters were finalists in the
Community Group Awards. Central Coast Council recognises the achievements of
individuals and groups who have made an outstanding contribution to their local
community through the Australia Day Awards. Unfortunately we were not the

Athletics are hosting the annual Central Coast 10k championships on Tuesday 3rd
October at Mingara athletic track. The race starts at 6.30pm. If you are not up

Just a reminder to everyone that track is not at Duffy’s oval tomorrow but at
Davo for the 5k time trial. Starting at 6am prompt opposite Kincumber McDonalds,
so either arrive at 5.55 tyres squealing or a bit earlier for a warm up.
Breakfast and coffee afterwards at the old Post Office cafe Kincumber. Everyone
welcome.

IMPORTANT NOTICE CONCERNING REGULAR RUNS/WALKS ORGANISED BY TERRIGAL TROTTERS

Due to some unforeseen and temporary problems with its Public Liability
Insurance, Terrigal Trotters Inc will not be organising or sanctioning any of
the regular running/walking events previously organised under its name until
further notice. This includes the Saturday morning runs, 6@6, Thursday track
sessions and trail runs.

THE BAY TO BAY RUNNING FESTIVAL & GNW ARE NOT AFFECTED BY THIS ISSUE AND WILL
PROCEED AS PLANNED.
