EXPLORING THE VARIOUS TYPES OF TILE




CERAMIC TILE

is made of sand, clays, and other natural materials molded together and then
fired in a kiln. They can be glazed or unglazed. By adding a slight grain on the
surface, they can even replicate the feel of real stone. Ceramic tile is
moisture resistant and very durable.


PORCELAIN TILE

is a type of ceramic tile that is fired at a higher temperature to make it even
more dense and moisture resistant. So it’s suitable for both indoors and
outdoors. One of the beauties of porcelain tile flooring is that it can mimic
the authentic ridges and grains found in natural stone


NATURAL STONE TILE

brings the colors and texture of nature in your home, adding a unique quality.
Unlike ceramic or porcelain, it’s not manufactured. Yearly sealing of tile
flooring is recommended for most types of tile, especially natural stone.


GLASS TILE

QUARRY TILE

SALTILLO TILE

is hand-made from raw clay almost exclusively in North Central Mexico. It’s
