NEW CEO AT ELPRESS GROUP

Jakob Sandwall takes over as the new CEO of Elpress Group and replaces Mattias
Östman, who after many successful years in the company – the last seven as CEO –
has asked to leave his position. With extensive experience from the
manufacturing industry, Jakob will be a valuable asset of Elpress continued
growth journey. The change of CEO took place on November 15th.

During his time as CEO, Mattias has developed the Elpress brand and led the
company through an expansive phase in the global market. Jakob is now stepping
into the role as CEO with the task of leading and driving the company's
continued development forward.

- It has been 20 great years at Elpress and a fantastic journey. It is with
pride and joy that I look back on what we have achieved together as I will take
on new challenges from the turn of the year, says Mattias Östman, resigning CEO.

The Board recruits internally within Lagercrantz Group and appoints Jakob
Sandwall, former CEO of Elkapsling Group. Jakob is already well acquainted with
Elpress, where he during the period 2014 - 2018 held several senior positions
within the company.

-We thank Mattias for his successful time at Elpress and welcomes Jakob as the
new CEO. With his valued leadership qualities and strong focus on growth, we are
convinced that Jakob is the right person to lead the company's development
forward. His solid experience and expertise from both the manufacturing industry
and the global market will be a valuable asset for Elpress' continued growth
journey, says Peter Baaske, Chairman of the Board, Elpress Group.

the role as CEO of Elpress. It is a well-run company with a high level of
competence and a clear position on the market with products that are right in
