I had a great experience using Riderly in Islamabad, Pakistan. As you can
imagine, trying to get hold of a bike in Pakistan isn't always straightforward,
but Riderly made the process easy. The Riderly customer service was smooth, they

Among the cheaper rental service you can find in Menorca with very satisfying
services. Everything went really well, from the first steps on Riderly’s website
until the end of our trip with the shuttle’s drop off at the airport. Their
local partner provided a very nice welcome and an efficient service. The
motorbike we rented was in great condition. Last but not least, we received a
quick support when we needed it. We fully recommend, thank you!

Everything was perfect! They managed to bring our motorbike in Ho Chi Minh city
to let us start our trip (the main Office is in Hanoi!) The motorbike haven’t
had any problem, We travelled along all Vietnam for 2.500 km. 🤩 The customer

The support team solves problems immediately and very kindly. The value for
money is excellent, I looked for different suppliers and this is undoubtedly the
best I've ever tried. When you deal with large rental companies you become one
number among many and if you have problems you are abandoned. With riderly this
danger does not exist!

service. They even reached out after the rental period to check if everything
had been ok and if I have had a good time with the scooter...where do you still

Thanks Lucas.. Really impressed with the service from Riderly. As a group of
four flying into Portugal from the UK. We each rented a bike each out of Lisbon
and they were able to smooth the coms between us and the local rental locations,
it was also no more expensive than going direct but Riderly gave us a broader
selection of bikes from the various lenders. Highly recommended.

WHAT DO I NEED TO RENT A MOTORBIKE?

To book your motorbike/scooter, all you need is a credit or debit card. When you
pick the motorbike up, you'll need:

* Your booking voucher to show that you've paid the reservation.
* Driver's debit card, with enough funds for the motorbike's deposit.
* Driver's valid driving licence, suitable for the rental motorbike category.
* Passport or ID for the rental company to verify your identity.

HOW OLD DO I HAVE TO BE TO RENT A MOTORBIKE?

For most motorbike hire companies, the age requirement is between 18 and 75
years old. Some of our bigger motorbikes have special age requirements, you can
see if that's the case in the motorbike's reservation page.

CAN I BOOK A MOTORBIKE FOR SOMEONE ELSE?

Yes, as long as they meet the rental requirements. Just fill in their details
while you're making the reservation.

WHAT DRIVERS LICENCE CATEGORY DO I NEED?

Companies’ conditions vary. In the search results you will be able to see what
kind of licence each motorbike requires. Usually a scooter requires B (car) or
AM/A1. Anything bigger usually requires A2 or A.

WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

You can pay with any debit/credit card - Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Amex,
Discover, Diners, JCB, Unionpay. We use Stripe to process payments, so do not
store your card details and never share this information with third parties.
ApplePay and GooglePay are also supported.

ARE ALL FEES INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL PRICE?

Yes. The vast majority of our rentals include basic insurance, local taxes and
any road fees. You have the option to add 'extras' (ie. One-Way rental, GPS,
GoPro, etc) but we'll clearly list any additional costs involved before you book
your motorbike/scooter.

WHAT IS YOUR BEST PRICE GUARANTEE?

We work with the largest network of motorbike rental agencies in the world, the
Riderly team works with them day and night to ensure we are always best on price
in the market. If you found the same rental cheaper elsewhere, get in touch and
we'll match their price.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I DAMAGE THE MOTORBIKE?

In most occasions the maximum you might be charged is the security deposit. If
you included Premium Insurance with your booking, then your security deposit
will be protected. When you pickup up your rental, our local rental partner will
explain the procedure to follow and emergency contact details in the event of an
accident - your safety always comes first.
