BOOK A RIDE


CHOOSE YOUR SERVICE, PICK-UP LOCATION, DROP-OFF LOCATION, AND TIME.

 * Pet-only Ride
 * Pet & People Ride

We service the 5 boroughs of NYC and surrounding areas, and all major New York
airports. You must schedule a minimum of 2 hours before your pick up time. Round
trips are available.

TAKE A RIDE

 * Driver assigned
 * Alert sent with details about the vehicle to expect.
 * Communicate with driver using the in-app feature
 * Driver arrives
 * Pet secured in vehicle. We provide seat covers and seatbelt teathers. Cats
   must be in carriers.


Tipping is available on the app at the end of your pet’s journey. We encourage
cashless transactions processed through the app for safety. Drivers keep 100% of
their tips.

We train our drivers to provide pet-only rides for an array of pets. Cats and
dogs, bunnies and birds, hamsters, chinchillas, and ferrets. Even a pot-bellied
pig. Because we are licensed to transport humans, you too can come along for the
ride.

We service pet parents and pet professionals like vets, groomers, daycares, pet
stores and breeders. Reach out to us for more information if you own one of

SAFETY AND COMFORT IS A PRIORITY

Sending your pet on their own? Feel at ease knowing your furry friend will be
well cared for en route. Drivers are highly vetted, trained, and checked against
the animal cruelty database. We provide seat covers and seatbelt tethers to
ensure your pet travels as safely as humans.

Whether your pet has an appointment, or you are headed to the store or park to

Spot On is an amazing service. When I found out my dog needed multiple
treatments of radiation in NYC (I live in Suffolk County Long Island), I
panicked because I don’t drive in NYC and I have a very timid dog. I spoke to
the founder of Spot On and explained my situation. The first trip to the City
far surpassed my expectations. The driver was courteous, extremely respectful,
and most accommodating. It made the trip a pleasure and Posey and I are looking
forward to our next venture into the City with Spot On. All I can say is Thank
you Spot On for making this endeavor flawless.

I've had entire travel plans de-railed because a driver refused to take me and
my pet to the airport. Even though I used Uber Pet, I still missed my flight
after the first driver canceled. Complaining and getting a "credit" back doesn't
fix the real problem and by the time I secured a true pet-friendly ride to the
airport, we missed the check-in cut-off. Uber Pet is proof that customers want
to travel with their pets, but it falls short.

Good service! Drivers were professional and on time. It’s a little expensive but
it’s the best way to get around the city with my large dog.

Amazing service! The best way to request any rides with your pets. It’s so easy
yet intuitive. This is a truly remarkable movement within the ridesharing

I was nervous because I didn't know if the app was legitimate/safe. The help
section of the website was ... well, empty. I called at 7am and the founder took
my call. She answered all of my questions about the site and service (e.g. will
I see the license plate number in advance?) which made me feel comfortable
enough to give it a shot. My driver (also drives for Uber) was friendly and
understanding with my cat's meowing and mild pee smell. Right on time for my
entire round trip service.
