consisting of a painting and pizza session! What a fun little way to destress
before finals come up!

Last week's THOUGHTFUL event at Pioneer Dining Hall was all about celebrating
wellness and mindfulness.🧠💓😁

Students had the chance to explore wellness resources from Boynton and UMN
Libraries, receive flu and vaccine shots, relax with therapy animals, receive a
compliment and a flower from Acts of Kindness @ UMN, indulge in snacks and jokes
from a Carlson Acts of Kindness group's "Take What You Need" stand, sample
clarity shots with Registered Dietitian Amy, rent a self-care book from UMN
Libraries and stay refreshed at our infused water station.

Thank you to all of the amazing university departments and student groups that
helped make this event happen! 💗😇

condense years of research into concise presentations. The top research
presented at the 8th annual competition ranged from redefining paper drying
technologies, innovations of outdoor pig farming, and developing nontoxic cancer

resilience as refugees, she’s balancing a dual degree in economics and health
services management. She’s also deeply involved in student clubs and community
projects, including pro bono consulting for local businesses. By combining her
passion for economics and healthcare, Samra aims to create positive change and
