Right now, we’re working on making some changes to our infrastructure so that Real-Time Online is speedier and more reliable. From Thursday 7th December, we’ll be making some changes that will impact availability of historical data. Real-Time data will not be impacted and you’ll be able to access your dashboards as usual. During the maintenance period historical data access will be temporarily reduced from two years to two weeks. Should you require access to more than two weeks of historical data during this period, please reach out to your Account Manager who will be able to help. We will continue to monitor. Nov 27, 18:50 GMT Identified - We have been alerted to an issue with database connectivity currently affecting all RTO services. Our engineers have identified the issue and are looking to restore connectivity as soon as possible. Data will be delayed until this issue is resolved. We are continuing to monitor. Lorawan data is delayed slightly and backfilling, all other data was unaffected. Nov 20, 15:33 GMT Update - We are experiencing issues with connectivity again since 14:36. This has been escalated as a priority incident with our hosting provider. Only Realtime Online user interface is inacessible. Data is still being received and processed from remote devices. Nov 20, 15:08 GMT Update - Issue reoccurred at 11:46 GMT, connectivity has now been restored, and we are continuing to monitor. Nov 20, 00:39 GMT Update - Our hosting supplier has confirmed that their ISP is still investigating this issue. Nov 19, 05:06 GMT Investigating - We are currently investigating a connectivity issue affecting Realtime Online and access to remote devices. This is a re occurence of a previous incident and has been escalated to our hosting provider. This is affecting access to the Realtime Online user interface and delays to Lorawan packet data which is currently buffering on the network server. Nov 19, 04:56 GMT Nov 20, 2023 Nov 19, 2023 Realtime Online Inaccessible Resolved - Everything has remained stable for 30mins. This issue is resolved. Nov 19, 01:17 GMT Monitoring - This incident is now resolved, we are currently monitoring to make sure systems return to normal. Diagnostics informations has been captured to pass on to our hosting provider as this is a reocurrence of a specific routing issue that occurred at 00:30 yesterday. The routing issue affected the communications links between our datacentre and AWS environments between 00:30 and 01:10. This had an impact on Realtime Online user interface and Lorawan network server connectivity. Nov 18, 01:37 GMT Monitoring - Connectivity appears to have been restored @ 01:10. We are continuing to monitor the situation. Nov 18, 01:26 GMT Investigating - We are currently investigating an issue with global routing to AWS IP prefixes we use for services hosted in AWS.
