DISCOVERY SOLUTION

We create energy funds specific to countries or regions of several billion
dollars composed of a few very large sovereign wealth and very large private
equity institutions. We are both the creators and architects of both the fund
and the operating company that develops that assets. These transactions are
created via direct negotiation with the Presidents and Prime Ministers where we
create an investment vehicle that for the first time facilitates the flow of
large institutional capital into the country by selecting assets then conducting
financial engineering to create the ideal investment medium.

Discovery then finances large reserves with little or no exploration risk on
favorable terms. To structure the company that gives it a favorable position in
the country to get fields and blocks without a competitive bid even in countries
where to date where no blocks are available via and “out of round” tender.

BLACK GOLD BOSSES

In this series, we will follow the lives of three men who are affluent,
seasoned, philanthropic, & diametrically opposed oil executives. Each oil
executives owns a multi-million dollar oil company & also works in various
locations around the world.

Many of these executives also are involved in charities; so we will follow them
as they are shown giving back & also proving to the world that “oil tycoons”
aren’t as heartless & selfish as many people believe them to be.

We will also have a glimpse into their social circles. The show will also
explore their relationships outside of work in terms of dating. The show will
give viewers a first hand account of their day-to-day operations, deals,
personal life, & conflicts.

GOZERO

GoZero is visiting various governments, negotiating No-Bid projects where
financing is guaranteed by the GoZero consortium.

GoZero then negotiates the agreement with the parties where you as contractor or
vendor will be included on an exclusive basis.

As an exclusive Supplier Member of the GoZero consortium, you will be part of
the budgeting as well as being preferred supplier in the negotiations. We will
ensure that you as a supplier will be contracted and that financing is in place
for your costs.
