Since 2009, the Ideaalnet Foundation has been using its multi-portal platform to
support all platform participants in the successful implementation of parental
involvement.


WHAT DISTINGUISHES US AS A FOUNDATION

MY PORTAL / FAMILY PORTAL

Our multi-portal platform is available to all participants, 24 hours a day. The
Family Portal is a portal for the whole family! Here you will find a complete
overview, you can contact us via this portal and/or report a repair.




AVAILABLE BY TELEPHONE

We are available to you 7 days a week from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Log in under “My
portal / Family portal” to contact us.




PAYMENT AGREEMENT

Apply online for a payment agreement and we will find a solution together! To do
this, use your portal and first log in under “My portal / Family portal”. You
can then make an appointment with our team directly online.

The Ideaalnet Foundation helps schools with the administrative processing of
orders for school devices in collaboration with your preferred supplier(s). Use
our free, manufacturer- and supplier-independent multi-portal platform and offer
parents and teachers a safe environment for their orders by paying in monthly
installments or in one go.

WHAT IS A MULTI-PORTAL PLATFORM?


Our online software makes all information available centrally, prepares it and
supports it with special functions and visualisations for school authorities,
schools, teachers and parents, so that everyone involved is well informed.

success. Parents can order and pay easily and securely in our webshop or choose
to pay in instalments and we are the service contact.

The devices offered for sale are rented or sold to parents via our platform by a
retailer of their choice. Our platform is accessible to all dealers!
