prescription. So I agreed.
FIRST MONTH - Got a discount on the first month, so here we go. No change, none.
Still 10+ hot flashes a day; annoying sleep disturbances; the infamous nightly
'fry and freeze'; irritable and crabby (according to hubby); stubborn menopausal
middle. Yeah right, another waste of money and another month with no relief. But
my next box arrived on time and cost was reasonable so I continue.
SECOND MONTH - Yeah, yeah, I'll keep taking this little babies, after all, I
have them. Hmm mm, what's this? Did I just sleep thru the nite? Wait, shouldn't
I be hot? I actually read the church bulletin because I wasn't using it as a
fan. Odd, I didn't have to change my sheets again....what's going on? Hubby
didn't yell at me for being irritable today. Or yesterday for that matter. Six
weeks in and something is happening...some relief. Can this really be happening?
Is that Relizen stuff actually helping? Hope my next box arrives on-time.
THIRD MONTH - just starting my third month. I'M A BELIEVER!! Hot flashes - about
90% reduction; sleep - much improved without hot flashes; nightly fry and freeze
- gone (as is constant sheet changes!); irritability & crabbiness - about 75%
reduction (my assessment, not his); menopausal middle...well, can't have
