Alex A I was expecting a delightful fall through madness. What I got was a
disjointed mess that created a immersion experience and then yanked you out of
it every ten minutes. Sometimes it worked. Lady Gaga and Joaquin Phoenix gave it
their all. Some actor interactions were FANTASTIC. Most were awful. The twist
ending was one of the best things about the film and it was a lazy written mess.
I enjoyed some portions, but they were not enough to save the characters and

much i disliked about this film. I even found the music numbers to fit the
overall story this was trying to tell. I loved the set design, cinematography ,
acting, costume pieces , feel, more or less i liked alot of what this movie had
going for it. I think this film was a great addition to Arthur flecks tragic
story and I wish more people could find elements they enjoyed about this movie.
Also i think i should say i do not really enjoy musicals but i enjoyed the
