Led by Ms. Jacqui Samson, a seasoned Professional Urban Planner with nearly 30
years of experience in urban planning and human settlement development, our

I worked with Mr de Ridder on two high priority projects over a 5 year period.
His programme and project management skills are acknowledged as he led the team
in the drafting of the (i) Housing Demand Database Improvement Programme
(HDDIP)and the (ii) Drafting of a Knowledge Management (KM)Strategy for the
Department of Human Settlements. He was successful in meeting the objectives of
the projects within the allocated timeframes despite challenges faced with data
collation and limited resource allocation. Mr De Ridder has excellent people
skills and this, together with a solution-driven approach. enable the successful
execution of tasks. He would be an asset to any team or organisation.
