ABOUT NETWORK ENABLEMENT PARTNERS

A Network Enablement Partner (NEP) is a Service Provider that directly engages
with Mastercard instead of leveraging the relationship of a Mastercard-Licensed
Customer. The NEP program enables Service Providers — the vendors of
Mastercard-Licensed Issuers and Acquirers who typically have a fully indirect
relationship with Mastercard — to play a pivotal role in expediting product
innovation, reducing time to market and enhancing overall performance and
operational efficiency for their customers. The direct partnership with
Mastercard opens the door for Service Providers to collaborate on initiatives
that drive value, innovation and seamless experiences in the evolving payment
ecosystem.

NEPs can choose from three distinct tiers (Standard, Advanced and Premium) with
benefits that are cumulative at each tier. Benefits range from access to
Mastercard tools and information, ICAs and BINs for testing purposes and much
