HR Interview
- Prvi razgovor je bio sa dva predstavnika ove firme (jedan od njih je bio član
tima za koji je raspisana ova pozicija). Ukratko su mi opisali samu firmu,
njihove usluge, poziciju, timove itd. Rečeno mi je da ću naknadno biti obavešten
da li prolazim u drugi krug. - Posle dan, dva su mi poslali da uradim tehnički
zadatak koji se sastojao iz tri dela: jedno teoretsko pitanje i dva zadatka koji
su vezani za kodiranje. Objasnio sam im još na prvom razgovoru da nemam iskustva
u programiranju, te da nisam baš najsigurniji kada je ovaj tehnički zadatak u
pitanju. CEO mi je rekla da to "nije deal breaker" i da ćemo naknadno
razgovarati na sledećem razgovoru. Dakle, prošao sam u sledeći krug po onome što
mi je saopšteno. - Na tom razgovoru nije bilo previše reči i više je poslužio da
bi mi otvoreno rekli kako traže nekoga ko ima iskustva u programiranju
(kodiranju), pa ako mogu da im preporučim nekog. Mislim da razgovor nije imao
nikakvog smisla, ali mi znači što su bili transparentni i nisu me previše
zavlačili kao što to rade mnoge firme. Deluje mi da je CEO prilično harizmatična
osoba, sudeći po tom razgovoru koji smo imali.
