Exclusively private, family cottage. It is situated on a three acre property.
The cottage sleeps 8 with two bedrooms on the main floor and two bedrooms on the
walkout floor, semi-finished basement.
The kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee
maker.. The dining room can comfortably sit eight We provide satellite with
television and a dvd player. WiFi available during summer months.
The deck wraps around the cottage, providing sun and shade throughout the day.
There is a patio set and bbq on the deck, overlooking a large fire pit.
Hot tub – all year.
Above ground pool(summer July & August)
Our cottage is situated on Seabright Bay which has a beautiful channel that
takes you out to Round Lake. Great for hiking, fishing, and has beautifully
groomed snowmobile trails. Enjoy a hike down the road to a scenic waterfall.
Cottage comes with paddle boat and a canoe.
Aluminum boat and 6 hp available for rental.
Havelock is a 10 minute drive and has Tim Horton’s food store, beer store, LCBO,
Gas Stations, Home Hardware, Dollar store, bank, etc.
Dock available if you have your own boat. Lake is approx. 3 feet at the dock
with a silty bottom not ideal for swimming.
Snowmobile trails right out the front door.
No linens provided
Outdoor firewood provided.
