Our spacious and fully-equipped homes are perfect for large groups and families,
offering plenty of amenities to ensure everyone’s comfort. And yes, we are
pet-friendly too!

 

Situated in close proximity to Florida’s top attractions, staying with us
guarantees a fantastic time. We genuinely appreciate your interest in our
properties and are here to assist you in any way we can. Feel free to reach out
and ask any questions as you plan and browse for your upcoming stay. We
understand the effort it takes to get to a vacation destination and strive to

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Are you pet friendly?
Yes. 2 dogs max. 30lbs or less. Pet fee as follows: FL – $150 maximum of 2 dogs
(30lb or less) CA – $100 maximum of 2 dogs (30lb or less)
Is there free parking?
Yes, all of our homes have free driveway parking. 4 cars- FL homes 1 car- CA
How far is Disney from the homes?
Melbourne: 1 hour by car Seminole, Largo and Pinellas park: 1.5 hours by car
How far is the nearest beach?
15 minutes or less to several beaches
Direct Booking Cancellation Fee
Any cancellation will incur a 4% processing charge.
Booking / Pre-Check-in Requirements
To facilitate a seamless check-in experience, we request you to complete the
pre-check-in form provided. Please be advised that door codes will only be
activated once the pre-check-in form is finalized. This is part of our
pre-check-in requirements, as stated on our listing. You will need to upload
your ID & digitally sign a rental agreement for verification purposes.
Reservation Notes
Unfortunately, due to insurance and permitting, no parties or events at the
homes. Max guests at anytime is the amount of guests the home sleeps. Covering
the front door camera is strictly prohibited. Violating this rule will lead to
the immediate cancellation of your booking with no refund. 4 cars max parking
(FL homes), 1 car max parking (CA).

Melbourne, MLB- 15 minutes, MCO- 45 minutes Tampa- TPA- 30 minutes
What is the cancellation policy?
96% refund if cancelled within 48 hours 96% refund if cancelled 30 days before

highlight for our mid-spring trip. They provided everything you could need —
even simple beach chairs and the like! The easy checkin/checkout process made

Everything we needed for a beach vacation with our children was available to
use! It made traveling so much easier. We didn’t need to worry about beach
chair, toys, umbrellas, coolers, or towels! Made packing a breeze. The property
was clean and exactly as described in the listing. Our kids really enjoyed the
outdoor space with the heated pool, play set, and a large yard to play in. The
beach was nearby and plenty of restaurants and things to do also close by. I
would definitely stay here again!

This was my first time using Airbnb and I must say, Morgan and her home made the
experience enjoyable and memorable. The home was stocked with everything needed
and more. The pool being covered was a plus because it kept the bugs away. I
enjoyed spending my time there. The location was perfect due to it being close
to all of the stores and restaurants and the beach. Morgan was a gracious and
attentive host. I appreciated her communicating and checking in with me during
my stay. My family and I loved the space as a whole. Morgan's place made me feel
right at home and I would definitely book with her again.
