Dear LawLogix customer,

I’m excited to announce that Equifax has signed an agreement to acquire LawLogix
from Hyland, which includes both our Edge immigration case management and
Guardian electronic I-9 and E-Verify solutions.

We expect to close the transaction in the third quarter of 2022, subject to
customary closing conditions, at which time all LawLogix team members,
technology and customers will join the Equifax Workforce Solutions business. In
the meantime, Hyland will continue to operate LawLogix as usual, without any
change or disruption in service.

Widely known for its credit reporting services, Equifax is much more than a
credit bureau. Equifax has become a global data, analytics and technology
company that provides a range of solutions for consumers and business customers,
including human resources, employment, tax management and payroll-related
services. By adding LawLogix’s solutions for automating I-9 and immigration
processes to their portfolio, Equifax will be able to support employers and law
firms with an even more comprehensive suite of services.

Both LawLogix and Equifax are focused on deploying our technology and expertise
to help customers streamline important processes. We are excited for our future
together, as we leverage Equifax’s capabilities in analytics and technology for
