Centex came out and provided a bid to level my driveway. It is definitely level
but sealing cracks was not part of the job. In the estimate warranty for
leveling would be void unless cracks were filled by customer in the fine print.
Office said filling cracks was not standard practice. Communication was
definitely not clear; left front does not look completely level. It’s hard to
find contractors to level out concrete driveways correctly. All this new
technology out there. Cost was significantly less than replacement. Just read
the fine print and ask ALL your questions!!!

I had work done about 12 years ago and a different issue has developed. Centex
has come twice in two years and evaluated the new issue. It’s nice to hear a
company say we could take care of this new issue, but as of yet it’s remaining
stable and it is not truly necessary.So many companies would just take your
money and run.

I’ve lived in my house for over 17 years. I called Centex 3 times over the
years. Each time Dean would come out and put my mind at ease that the shifts in
my foundation weren’t anything to be too alarmed about. Dean and Centex were
always on time and professional. When we decided to sell and wanted to fix the
cracks, I knew exactly who to call. Centex came and reinforced the foundation
and provided us a warranty we could pass onto the new owners. I highly recommend
using them. They were fairly priced professional and all around nice guys.

They did a real good job as I hoped would be done. Nick was up front and honest
about all the work that needed to be done. The crew came in and worked hard
every day, and finished up the 26 concrete piers in the time frame stated in the
contract. It was nice having the electronic version of paperwork. Thinking of
having them do my pool. I would give them a high recommendation if you’re
thinking of having foundation repair done.

I have been in my home for just over a year and noticed a crack in the wall and
potential signs of foundation shifting outside of my house. I have been stressed
and worried sick about it thinking I’d have to spend a bunch money that I wasn’t
ready to on a foundation repair. Then CenTex was referred to me by my mom! When
the gentleman came he was super kind. I was able to talk to him about my
concerns and he assured me that they wouldn’t recommend something unless it was
truly needed (which is something that has happened to me in the past).
Ultimately my foundation did not need repair and he gave me advice on how to
take care of it and prevent further shifting. I could tell he really wanted to
help and was incredibly sincere. With that being said, I am so appreciative of
my experience that if I ever do need foundation repair I am without a doubt
going to go with CenTex and will recommend them to anyone that I know! I trust
them completely.

Good service, and good communication before, during, and after the
process.Seven-month update: We had some new ceiling cracks appear, and I
wondered if it was related to the foundation shifting again. Derek came and
checked — not enough change in the foundation to be an issue. (Ceiling cracks
seem to be more from the age of the house.) He also suggested a recheck in the
heat of the summer when the ground dries out. Good service continues.

Centex provided a free inspection and advised against any repairs for my
foundation tilting. The inspector was very helpful and explained what I needed
to watch to prevent any further issues. They are a honest company that did not
try to sell me any services I do not need. If/when I need foundation work they
will be the company I use.
