National Champion of the 1997 N.A.S.A. Powerlifting Championships. I’m currently
training to compete in bodybuilding again. I have lots of work to do yet it’s
always a great time to begin again! I’m trained in Swedish massage, Sports
massage, Deep tissue massage  and various other modalities including reflexology
and various treatment massage. Relaxation massage is my niche’.  Enjoy a nice

booked the night before so an alarm can be set.  *Generally I’m only at my
office for booked appointments. I need night before notice for “early AM
requests.”  I welcome last minute checks of availability daily at anytime. I
don’t do walk-in appointments. I may not be at my office and don’t answer the
buzzer for an unexpected client or to answer questions at the intercom.




*Time starts when I start the massage. You receive the full time you pay for.

There’s a medical grade IQAir HealthPro Plus in my private clean and secure
single entrance office and a window that opens for further ventilation.  The
table is heated or cool per your preference and is of size for big or tall folks
too!  I provide a bottle of water in case of thirst during the massage and to
take with you. After the massage I provide you a fresh hot steamed towel to
freshen up with.The lotion and oil used are hypoallergenic and great for skin.
 All persons are welcome in my safe private office!

I specialize in medium firm pressure massage.  As well, a nice, gentler lighter
pressure massage combined with gliding effleurage strokes works wonders to
relieve tensions, anxiety and daily stresses.   Think of it like a pebble in a
pond as hard deep pressure is not always best for relief of pain. Lighter touch
resonates and also assists recovery when your body is just too sore from work or
training!  Strong deeper touch and strokes relieve back, trap and low back pain
yet I combine pressures as desired or as seems necessary during the massage.

great for low back pain relief you want and I include it in every massage!  I’m
