average sale price is up, if we look year to date it’s down 2.4%. ⏳Total market
time is 55 days, up from 44 days in November 22. That means it’s taking about 55
days for a home to sell today. 👀Watch these figures over the coming months to
see if interest rate changes impact buyers getting back into the market. If
competition increases, we may see higher prices and short total market time.

😲When I say I almost fell out of my chair and spit soup out of my mouth when I
saw this, I mean it. This is incredible news for anyone who is shopping for a
home right now, or is thinking about making a move in 2024. After the fed
announcement today, we saw rates drop to the lowest point since May 2023. And
you have to think that back in October we had rates of at 8%! Here’s what I
think you should do right now : call your lender. Discuss these changes with
your lender and see how it will impact your monthly payment right now. For those
of you who are shopping and the monthly payment has been just out of reach or
out of your comfort zone, these changes could absolutely make the difference for
you being able to buy a house now. Factor in a rate buy down, and it could be a
fantastic win for you. #canbyoregon #canby

financing of a home purchase? 🏡 👀Check this out. Here are the top four
counties in the state of Oregon determined to be the most cost-effective to
finance a home purchase, according to a study by Smart Index a New York based
research firm. 🏔️Hood River County 🌄Deschutes County 🌲Clackamas County
🌾Washington County ✅The Smart Index study looked at counties all across the
country to determine what areas are the most cost-effective places to finance a
home purchase. The index looked at things such as income, median, home price,
etc. 🤑And get this… Of the 15 counties where it takes an income of $1 million
or greater to even afford the median priced home, 😲none of those counties are
