REVIEW DASHBOARD

Your Review Dashboard lists all of the interviews that are shared with you or
that you are participating in. You can use this page to see the current status,
rating, and completion or due dates for each interview. You can also click the
interview links to access the review page for each interview that you want to
review.

To access the Dashboard page, click Review from the main menu bar.

Note: Not all applications are configured with a Review Dashboard. For more
information about your system configuration, contact your Modern Hire system
administrator.

This image displays the Review page. Areas of the page where you can perform
actions are highlighted and described below.




KEY

1 - Perform additional tasks

Provides access to menu options where you can perform additional actions:

 * Archive/Unarchive: Lets you archive active reviews, or unarchive reviews that
   were previously archived. When you records that were previously archived, the
   records remain visible until they are manually archived again. If you are
   viewing
   * Archived reviews, then the View Unarchived option is visible, allowing you
     to view all unarchived reviews.
   * Unarchived reviews, then the View Archived option is visible, allowing to
     view all archived reviews.
 * Refresh: Refreshes the page with the most recent review data.
 * Edit Columns: Opens a window where you can select additional columns to add.
   To remove columns, click the down arrow in the upper right of each column,
   and then from the drop-down, select Hide Column.
 * Reset Columns: Resets the displayed columns to default settings.

2 - Filter by column values

Lets you filter the records by any value. For example, if you type "S" in the
Name filter field, the application displays all records where the candidate name
contains an "S" (Mary Smith, Sam Sample, John Marks, etc.). If you type "Smi" in
the Name filter field, the application displays all records where the candidate
name contains the "Smi" string (Mary Smith). In order for records to appear in
the filter, the records must contain the exact string of letters and/or numbers
typed into the filter field, in the order in which they are typed.

3 - Interview

Opens the interview page for the selected candidate. You can use this page to
review the candidate interview, reset answers (if the interview has not yet been
submitted), and access review tools and functionality.
