NO REFUNDS: - All Sales are final. This also applies to anyone who receives a
complimentary pass or invitation any time after this form is submitted. If you
have questions regarding the refund policy, please contact us via email at

BADGE REPRINTS: You will be charged $100 for any onsite reprints.

AGE LIMITS: No one under the age of 14 years old is permitted on the Show
Floor/Exhibit Hall, including infants in strollers and infants being carried.

AUDIO/VIDEO RECORDING: No recording is allowed without permission from Show
Management. Images and videos taken during the show become the property of PMMI
and may be used in future show marketing.

DATA PRIVACY REMINDER: During the registration process, attendees agree to Data
Privacy and Protection Policy of Convention Data Services (learn more), the
official show registration provider, and PMMI Privacy Policy (learn more).

CONDUCT DETRIMENTAL TO PMMI: PMMI, the Association for Packaging and Processing
Technologies, wishes to create a welcoming environment at PACK EXPO Las Vegas
and expects all participants to refrain from harassing behavior and speech. Any
person who has been subjected to harassment, or who has witnessed harassment, is
encouraged to notify PACK EXPO staff. PMMI reserves the right to take any action
it deems appropriate in response to such conduct by any person, including
removal of that person from PACK EXPO Las Vegas and prohibiting attendance at
future events.

INHERENT RISKS: I understand there are risks inherent in attending PACK EXPO,
including serious personal injury or even death due to incidents such as
slipping, tripping, coming into contact with machinery or equipment, exposure to
communicable diseases, and acts of others. I assume all such risks and for any
injury, harm, or sickness resulting from any cause whatsoever. I waive all
claims against, and release from liability, PMMI, PES, the Las Vegas Convention
Center, and their respective directors, officers, employees, representatives,
and agents for any injury or harm, including death. This release and waiver does
not apply to any person whose gross negligence or willful misconduct is a direct
cause of the injury or harm, or death, which is the subject of a claim by me or
on my behalf.

HEALTH AND SAFETY PROTOCOLS AND COMPLIANCE REMINDER: By registering for PACK
EXPO Las Vegas, all attendees and exhibitors agree to comply with the event
health and safety policies and procedures, which will be subject to change at
any time leading up to the Event. Noncompliance may result in dismissal from the
Event.

SOLICITATION BY NON-EXHIBITING COMPANIES: Solicitation of business, including
distribution of promotional material, by representatives of non-exhibiting
companies is prohibited on the show floor and in the convention facility.
Violators, along with all other representatives of the non-exhibiting company,
may be removed from the premises and prohibited from attending future PMMI
events.

ACKNOWLEDGMENT: I acknowledge that photographic, video and/or other images
and/or sound recordings of me may be made while attending PACK EXPO Las Vegas. I
voluntarily and without further consideration, grant to PMMI the full and
unrestricted right to use any and all of those images and/or recordings (edited
as PMMI, in its sole discretion, deems necessary) for trade, advertising and
marketing purposes.

Attendees at PACK EXPO Las Vegas 2023 are End Users, Suppliers and Retailers in
the Packaging Industry.

Exhibitors are registrants whose company participates in a booth at PACK EXPO
Las Vegas 2023. You will need your company's password to login and access the
booth registration.

Students who attend PACK EXPO Las Vegas 2023 can register as a group through the
Education & Workforce Development Department at PMMI. Each contact will have a
password to access their group's registration, which they can enter to gain
access to their registrations.

Media registrants can apply to attend PACK EXPO Las Vegas 2023 as a member of
the media. Note: complimentary media registration is available only to editorial
staff and publishers. Sales-related personnel must register as attendees.
