MINTZ’S FY22 REVENUE, PARTNER PROFITS CLIMB 5% AMID FIRM EXPANSION

Mintz’s revenue climbed by 5% and profits per equity partner rose by 2.9% to
$2.16 million in fiscal year 2022 — even as our equity Member ranks increased.
