implemented on the Employee Retention Credit (ERC) in September 2023. We have
learned (referenced here) there is currently a bill in Congress that, if passed,
would result in the barring of any additional ERC claims from being submitted
after 1/31/24. Due to the significant impact of the potential passing of this
