IMPUESTO A LOS ENVASES DE PLÁSTICO NO REUTILIZABLES: ¿CÓMO LA CERTIFICACIÓN
UNE-EN 15343 PUEDE AYUDARTE?

El 1 de enero de 2023 entró en vigor en España la Ley 7/2022 que, entre otros
requisitos, incluye el establecimiento de un Impuesto Especial en Envases de
Plástico No Reutilizables. Este nuevo impuesto grava la fabricación, la
importación o la adquisición intracomunitaria de envases de plástico no
reutilizables a un tipo de 0,45€/kg.
