DR. JOEL KAPLAN DEVELOPED A 2-PHASE ENLARGEMENT PROGRAM THAT EXERCISES THE PENIS

PHASE 1: ERECTION EXPANSION

Dr. Joel Kaplan’s first exercise targets the erectile tissue located in the
penis shaft. Using slight vacuum pressure, the pump draws blood-flow into the
