'Yoga is Soul' embraces the holistic nature of yoga, focuses on balance,
wellness, and personal growth. Our approach combines traditional practices with
modern techniques to enhance your overall well-being. We offer in-person and
online yoga classes, wellness retreats, meditation classes, sound healing,
traditional Indian cooking classes. All the services are done in group or one to
one basis. Wellness retreats, upon request, offer intensive or gentle morning
and evening yoga classes, sound healing, meditation, traditional Indian cooking
classes, and conscious day trips to local landmarks, and places of worship.
