We offer a hybrid work environment - the requirement to work physically from an office for a set amount of work hours is determined by each role's duties and responsibilities. Outside of that, the choice to work from the office or remotely is up to each employee. Internships at Monstercat are perfect for students and new grads looking to gain experience in marketing, partnerships (sales), graphic design, events, A&R, and more. No coffee fetching and photocopying here - we offer our interns the opportunity to complete a project that will support their professional development and look great to future employers. As the purpose of our intern program is to offer a glimpse into working at a record label, we’d like to set the expectation that our internship program is not a trial for employment.
