GENERIC TOP-LEVEL DOMAIN

Generic top-level domains (gTLDs) are one of the categories of top-level domains
(TLDs) maintained by the Internet Assigned Numbers Authority (IANA) for use in
the Domain Name System of the Internet. A top-level domain is the last label of
every fully qualified domain name. They are called generic for historic reasons;
initially, they were contrasted with country-specific TLDs in RFC 920.

The core group of generic top-level domains consists of the com, info, net, and
org domains. In addition, the domains biz, name, and pro are also considered
generic; however, these are designated as restricted, because registrations
within them require proof of eligibility within the guidelines set for each.

Historically, the group of generic top-level domains included domains, created
in the early development of the domain name system, that are now sponsored by
designated agencies or organizations and are restricted to specific types of
registrants. Thus, domains edu, gov, int, and mil are now considered sponsored
top-level domains, much like the themed top-level domains (e.g., jobs). The
entire group of domains that do not have a geographic or country designation
(see country-code top-level domain) is still often referred to by the term
generic TLDs.

MORAL AGENCY

Moral agency is an individual's ability to make moral judgments based on some
notion of right and wrong and to be held accountable for these actions. A moral
agent is "a being who is capable of acting with reference to right and wrong."

DEVELOPMENT AND ANALYSIS

Most philosophers suggest only rational beings, who can reason and form
self-interested judgments, are capable of being moral agents. Some suggest those
with limited rationality (for example, people who are mildly mentally disabled
or infants) also have some basic moral capabilities.

Determinists argue all of our actions are the product of antecedent causes, and
some believe this is incompatible with free will and thus claim that we have no
real control over our actions. Immanuel Kant argued that whether or not our real
self, the noumenal self, can choose, we have no choice but to believe that we
choose freely when we make a choice. This does not mean that we can control the
effects of our actions. Some Indeterminists would argue we have no free will
either. If, with respect to human behaviour, a so-called 'cause' results in an
indeterminate number of possible, so-called 'effects', that does not mean the
person had the free-thinking independent will to choose that 'effect'. More
likely, it was the indeterminate consequence of his chance genetics, chance
experiences and chance circumstances relevant at the time of the 'cause'.

EXPLORATION

Exploration is the act of searching for the purpose of discovery of information
or resources. Exploration occurs in all non-sessile animal species, including
humans. In human history, its most dramatic rise was during the Age of Discovery
when European explorers sailed and charted much of the rest of the world for a
variety of reasons. Since then, major explorations after the Age of Discovery
have occurred for reasons mostly aimed at information discovery.

In scientific research, exploration is one of three purposes of empirical
research (the other two being description and explanation). The term is commonly
used metaphorically. For example, an individual may speak of exploring the
Internet, sexuality, etc.

NOTABLE PERIODS OF HUMAN EXPLORATION

PHOENICIAN GALLEY SAILINGS

The Phoenicians (1550 BCE–300 BCE) traded throughout the Mediterranean Sea and
Asia Minor though many of their routes are still unknown today. The presence of
tin in some Phoenician artifacts suggests that they may have traveled to
Britain. Some scientists speculate that they voyaged all the way to Central
America, although this is disputed. According to Virgil's Aeneid and other
ancient sources, the legendary Queen Dido was a Phoenician from Asia Minor who
sailed to North Africa and founded the city of Carthage.

As Japan's space agency prepares for its first moon landing early Saturday,
it's aiming to hit a very small target. The Smart Lander for Investigating
Moon, a lightweight spacecraft about the size of a passenger vehicle, is
using “pinpoint landing” technology that promises far greater control than
any previous moon landing. While most previous probes have used landing zones
some 10 kilometers (6 miles) wide, SLIM is aiming at a target of just 100

As Japan's space agency prepares for its first moon landing early Saturday, it's
aiming to hit a very small target. The Smart Lander for Investigating Moon, a
lightweight spacecraft about the size of a passenger vehicle, is using “pinpoint
landing” technology that promises far greater control than any previous moon
landing. While most previous probes have used landing zones some 10 kilometers
(6 miles) wide, SLIM is aiming at a target of just 100 meters (330 feet). Watch

https://global.jaxa.jp/about/centers/tksc/ My views: I love anything that is
beyond human imagination. Because humans have unconscious pride that we are on
top of the evolution cycle. But when we see ourselves from a cosmic perspective
we are not even a small iota in the cosmos. We are fortunate the earth has
gravity, water , oxygen and atmosphere. We take all these for granted , but when
we go into space , we understand the limits of human life, yet human sprit ,
intelligence never gives up , always attempts to go beyond our physical limits ,
eager to explore the unexplored. I am always intrigued by the vastness of space
. since my high school i attempted to understand bit of outer-space and the
inner-space ( space inside me) both i found beyond human intellect , logic and
reasoning . From cosmic perspective there is no reason why human life is needed
on this earth , earth would more green and clean if humans does not come into
existence . We are the only creation of nature useful to none , we only know how
to take from earth and does not know give back to it. Going to this space center
in japan opened up a way to understand the power of human caliber to reach
planets thousands of KM away and able to control satellites from earth . I do
not believe normal human being ever going to live on other planets , due to
adverse conditions such as temperature , pressure , lack of water, high
velocity, lack of oxygen, no gravity and distance . but we would be able to see
and control and able to manipulate more from outer space, especially
communications, surveillance ( weather, topography, military, imaging) etc. Rich
and technically advanced countries will try to control space , either cooperate
or destroy each other satellites , in either case increase debris in the space .
in future even terrorists would be able to send miniature satellites and
manipulate other satellites coordinates. in my view after cyber security , space
security would be major subject to study . In either case, i wish developing
countries shall be able to improve their space technology programs for human
welfare and peaceful purposes.

05/09/2016 2016 Series of Lectures on Astrophysics and Cosmology: science of the
cosmos, science in the cosmos Lecture: "The Sun and Life on Other Planets"
Speaker: Prof. Saku Tsuneta Institute of Space and Aeronautical Science (ISAS).
Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency (JAXA) Synopsis: The Sun is an essential and
fascinating source of energy, partly driven by intense magnetic fields whose
origin is not well understood. Nevertheless, being able to predict solar
activity is of major importance for our technological society. Indeed there are
indications that solar activity, as represented by the 11-year sunspot cycle, is
somehow affecting the Earth’s climate, perhaps in a significant way. The Hinode
(“sunrise”) space mission of the Japanese, U.S., British and European space
agencies (JAXA, NASA, UK and ESA) has been observing magnetic fields on the
surface of the Sun with unprecedented resolution and sensitivity. The
spectacular movies taken with Hinode, which will feature in the lecture, have
revealed waves, ubiquitous jets, new kinds of magnetic fields, strong magnetic
fields in the obscured solar polar regions, and enigmatic fine-scale flows,
among other remarkable discoveries. Bio notes: Saku Tsuneta obtained his PhD in
astronomy from the University of Tokyo (1983). Since April 2014, he has been
Director General at the Institute of Space and Astronautical Science (ISAS) of
the Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency (JAXA), where he also serves as Vice
President. Before joining ISAS, he was a professor at the National Astronomical
Observatory of Japan (NAOJ). His research interest is anything related to
magnetic fields in the cosmos. He is particularly interested in the Sun, where
intense magnetic fields are generated along with various dynamic phenomena
involving magnetic energy that affect Earth. In the past 35 years, he has
developed innovative space instruments for solar physics aboard satellites,
sounding rockets, and balloons.

While most previous probes have used landing zones
some 10 kilometers (6 miles) wide, SLIM is aiming at a target of just 100
meters (330 feet). Watch more on Independent TV:

   Center Links in English
   https://global.jaxa.jp/activity/pr/brochure/files/centers01_e.pdf
https://global.jaxa.jp/about/centers/tksc/ My views: I love anything that is
beyond human imagination. Because humans have unconscious pride that we are
on top of the evolution cycle. But when we see ourselves from a cosmic
perspective we are not even a small iota in the cosmos. We are fortunate the
earth has gravity, water , oxygen and atmosphere. We take all these for
granted , but when we go into space , we understand the limits of human life,
yet human sprit , intelligence never gives up , always attempts to go beyond
our physical limits , eager to explore the unexplored. I am always intrigued
by the vastness of space . since my high school i attempted to understand bit
of outer-space and the inner-space ( space inside me) both i found beyond
human intellect , logic and reasoning . From cosmic perspective there is no
reason why human life is needed on this earth , earth would more green and
clean if humans does not come into existence . We are the only creation of
nature useful to none , we only know how to take from earth and does not know
give back to it. Going to this space center in japan opened up a way to
understand the power of human caliber to reach planets thousands of KM away
and able to control satellites from earth . I do not believe normal human
being ever going to live on other planets , due to adverse conditions such as
temperature , pressure , lack of water, high velocity, lack of oxygen, no
gravity and distance . but we would be able to see and control and able to
manipulate more from outer space, especially communications, surveillance (
weather, topography, military, imaging) etc. Rich and technically advanced
countries will try to control space , either cooperate or destroy each other
satellites , in either case increase debris in the space . in future even
terrorists would be able to send miniature satellites and manipulate other
satellites coordinates. in my view after cyber security , space security
would be major subject to study . In either case, i wish developing countries
shall be able to improve their space technology programs for human welfare
   and peaceful purposes.

05/09/2016 2016 Series of Lectures on Astrophysics and Cosmology: science of
the cosmos, science in the cosmos Lecture: "The Sun and Life on Other
Planets" Speaker: Prof. Saku Tsuneta Institute of Space and Aeronautical
Science (ISAS). Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency (JAXA) Synopsis: The Sun
is an essential and fascinating source of energy, partly driven by intense
magnetic fields whose origin is not well understood. Nevertheless, being able
to predict solar activity is of major importance for our technological
society. Indeed there are indications that solar activity, as represented by
the 11-year sunspot cycle, is somehow affecting the Earth’s climate, perhaps
in a significant way. The Hinode (“sunrise”) space mission of the Japanese,
U.S., British and European space agencies (JAXA, NASA, UK and ESA) has been
observing magnetic fields on the surface of the Sun with unprecedented
resolution and sensitivity. The spectacular movies taken with Hinode, which
will feature in the lecture, have revealed waves, ubiquitous jets, new kinds
of magnetic fields, strong magnetic fields in the obscured solar polar
regions, and enigmatic fine-scale flows, among other remarkable discoveries.
Bio notes: Saku Tsuneta obtained his PhD in astronomy from the University of
Tokyo (1983). Since April 2014, he has been Director General at the Institute
of Space and Astronautical Science (ISAS) of the Japan Aerospace Exploration
Agency (JAXA), where he also serves as Vice President. Before joining ISAS,
he was a professor at the National Astronomical Observatory of Japan (NAOJ).
His research interest is anything related to magnetic fields in the cosmos.
He is particularly interested in the Sun, where intense magnetic fields are
generated along with various dynamic phenomena involving magnetic energy that
affect Earth. In the past 35 years, he has developed innovative space
instruments for solar physics aboard satellites, sounding rockets, and
   balloons.

As Japan's space agency prepares for its first moon landing early Saturday,
it's aiming to hit a very small target. The Smart Lander for
Investigating Moon, a lightweight spacecraft about the size of a
passenger vehicle, is using “pinpoint landing” technology that
promises far greater control than any previous moon landing. While most
previous probes have used landing zones some 10 kilometers (6 miles) wide,
SLIM is aiming at a target of just 100 meters (330 feet). Watch more on

views: I love anything that is beyond human imagination. Because humans
have unconscious pride that we are on top of the evolution cycle. But when
we see ourselves from a cosmic perspective we are not even a small iota in
the cosmos. We are fortunate the earth has gravity, water , oxygen and
atmosphere. We take all these for granted , but when we go into space , we
understand the limits of human life, yet human sprit , intelligence never
gives up , always attempts to go beyond our physical limits , eager to
explore the unexplored. I am always intrigued by the vastness of space .
since my high school i attempted to understand bit of outer-space and the
inner-space ( space inside me) both i found beyond human intellect , logic
and reasoning . From cosmic perspective there is no reason why human life
is needed on this earth , earth would more green and clean if humans does not
come into existence . We are the only creation of nature useful to none ,
we only know how to take from earth and does not know give back to it. Going to
this space center in japan opened up a way to understand the power of human
caliber to reach planets thousands of KM away and able to control
satellites from earth . I do not believe normal human being ever going to
live on other planets , due to adverse conditions such as temperature ,
pressure , lack of water, high velocity, lack of oxygen, no gravity and
distance . but we would be able to see and control and able to manipulate
more from outer space, especially communications, surveillance (
weather, topography, military, imaging) etc. Rich and technically
advanced countries will try to control space , either cooperate or
destroy each other satellites , in either case increase debris in the space
. in future even terrorists would be able to send miniature satellites and
manipulate other satellites coordinates. in my view after cyber
security , space security would be major subject to study . In either
case, i wish developing countries shall be able to improve their space
technology programs for human welfare and peaceful purposes.

05/09/2016 2016 Series of Lectures on Astrophysics and Cosmology:
science of the cosmos, science in the cosmos Lecture: "The Sun and Life on
Other Planets" Speaker: Prof. Saku Tsuneta Institute of Space and
Aeronautical Science (ISAS). Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency (JAXA)
Synopsis: The Sun is an essential and fascinating source of energy,
partly driven by intense magnetic fields whose origin is not well
understood. Nevertheless, being able to predict solar activity is of
major importance for our technological society. Indeed there are
indications that solar activity, as represented by the 11-year sunspot
cycle, is somehow affecting the Earth’s climate, perhaps in a
significant way. The Hinode (“sunrise”) space mission of the Japanese,
U.S., British and European space agencies (JAXA, NASA, UK and ESA) has been
observing magnetic fields on the surface of the Sun with unprecedented
resolution and sensitivity. The spectacular movies taken with Hinode,
which will feature in the lecture, have revealed waves, ubiquitous jets,
new kinds of magnetic fields, strong magnetic fields in the obscured solar
polar regions, and enigmatic fine-scale flows, among other remarkable
discoveries. Bio notes: Saku Tsuneta obtained his PhD in astronomy from
the University of Tokyo (1983). Since April 2014, he has been Director
General at the Institute of Space and Astronautical Science (ISAS) of
the Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency (JAXA), where he also serves as Vice
President. Before joining ISAS, he was a professor at the National
Astronomical Observatory of Japan (NAOJ). His research interest is
anything related to magnetic fields in the cosmos. He is particularly
interested in the Sun, where intense magnetic fields are generated
along with various dynamic phenomena involving magnetic energy that
affect Earth. In the past 35 years, he has developed innovative space
instruments for solar physics aboard satellites, sounding rockets, and
balloons.
