All Depaul Community Health Centers proudly accept Commerical Insurance,
Medicaid and Medicare, cash and credit cards.

A sliding fee scale (discounted fee schedule) also is available for those who
qualify.

Self-Pay patients who qualify may pay a nominal $35 fee for medical and
behavioral health visits. Self-Pay dental patients who qualify pay a nominal $55
fee for dental visits, which includes an exam, x-ray, and treatment plan.
